GuardPass App Review
The App is quite good for its intended purpose and indeed covers most aspects of the learning and assessment process required.
Great for learning, useless for finding a job
I’d give it 5 star review if I found a job in it.
Good job
It was worth it to go through the elearnig and Mock to make this right in the practical
Terrible customer service
Get licensed ties everything behind a paywall, thats fine but they don’t tell you the courses you need for the licenses till you’re on the course. While on course prepare to be extremely inconvenienced and NO REFUNDS no matter the situation they do not refund
E learning
Allow paused video section of the e-learning videos to show the exact point where the learning is, to allow for note taking
GuardPerks?
Hi I was wondering where is your GuardPerks section. I have downloaded the app but nowhere can I see the “Start Saving” button anywhere? Kr

Here you can purchase license you need. Learn everything you need for the test. Everything you need to know and do is here. Very helpful.
Avoid like the plague.
Terrible app.
Top up Refresher Course DS
Top Up Refresher Course reminds you of your Duty and Responsibilities.
Fire arms
What’s the procedure in case a firearm is found on an individual ?
Watch a YouTube video instead
This app lies, has ads, changes answers and is incorrect. You’d be better off watching videos or reading. Actively harmful to your learning do not download. Also has no jobs.
Right E learning
The E learning is necessary and appropriate because it’s gives license holders from get licensed a more in depth and knowledge of what the security company is all about and also a proper way we can help protect ourselves and society at large.
Great App
Over all a very good application with a good insight in security I have worked in security since I was 21 and I’m now 61 and you can never think you know it all there is lots or room for improvement and learning new skills this application has broadened my knowledge and made me more confident in my role 5 Stars
Was great
I have been using the app daily , to train and complete all the badges . Since the app update , it hasn’t recognised any passes , and keeps asking me to do them again . Tech support have been slow and the problem is yet to be resolved .
Positive
Very good and deep informations.
Lioaqt
Tired of notifications from email and app.even try to delate my account in app but no allowed.
Amazing Prep
This is the best prep I have had ever before going on for a course. Thank you guys.
Doesn’t work properly
Despite looking very nice and having a lot of information in, this app doesn’t work properly on my iPhone. So it is extremely difficult to select any answer that you have to scroll to as the page just snaps back to the top of screen. The mocks won’t work at all as you can’t see any questions. This is disappointing in a course I have paid a lot of money for, and puts me at a disadvantage.
Mr Francis Faola
Very educative and informative and it would be helpful in our daily routine . Thanks
Badges answers error
The counter terroism and incident report badges are not achievable as the correct answers are not being accepted 🤷♂️
Advanced questions
Quality and an advanced questions.
My learning
I have actually enjoyed going through this going through this video and taking the test which made me eager to get on and do the course now. So I can change my career finally thank you.
