Приложение сделано так чтобы ты не подал чеки и бросил все на пол пути. Почему я должен вводить номер счета и телефон и прочую инфу каждый раз подавая чек? Вся инфа сохранена в профиле, зачем? Зачем вводить данные с чека если они в чеке?
New version
New version is with several new features. Especially I use new features as a limits for health insurance.
Needs a fix
Such huge company but their app is constantly with UI bugs, or options not working. Whenever I need to use it something is off.. In such information age when everything is online, automated and easily accessible it’s quite a shame and even embarrassing for such well known company to have such bad performing app! Please do better!
Service is good but UX is very poor
Unclear what is ky balance, I need to upload same invoice to different cases, the inactive cases are not different visually from the active ones

A bit clustared but otherwise seems to work.

I rarely use the app, and every time I really needed, never works. Also, we are many foreigners and the English language hasn’t been implemented.

The app now works great, much better than before
Update doesn’t work.
It just sends you back to AppStore, asks for update and when you press “update” it throws you back to App and asks you to do the update. 😁Must be some kind of mistake in app.

Unusable for claims good for company cash flow
Can’t be used in a real life, not convenient with. To upload claim you need write all by hand, literary Stone Age. “I am calling Boris!”

I agree to all other reviewers — there are plenty other apps that work not as if they are from the 20th century. This is not funny guys, you developer people should put more effort.

Aplikācija primitiva, nav redzams apdrošināšanas atlikums. Katru reizi jāielogojas pa jaunu! Sarežģīta atlīdzības pieteikšana, nepietiek tikai ar dokumentu foto, pašam visa informācija jāievada!

Easy to use, navigate, main functions are present in this app for me as a customer
Not working
The app doesn’t work. Log in screen is the only screen you’ll get. The smart id code is sent to the device, but when code is entered, nothing happens and the app just says “soon you’ll get the code in your smart id”. Then wanted to try the log in via internet bank, but the bank selection button doesnt work - nothing happens when the bank is selected. So basically an app that can not even be used.
Better
App after update is much better than previous version- faster, more intuitive and more informative.

Worst app i have used basically nothing works, you are not even able to login - banks just take back to login screen smart id does not connect
