What people like
- Great graphics and content organization
- Fun community discussion features
- Visually pretty and appealing
What they complain about
- Account creation fails constantly
- No bookmark or table of contents
- Books disappear from your library
If you are a book lover proceed with caution
Am in LOVE! I am addicted and spend all my time here now. There is already so much content and there will be more. I love the discussion with other readers including the author. She gives so much to her readers. Her books are more than just a good read, it is an experience. It is so worth it. I am too excited!
Huh
Huh what lol
Love this app
I love the app but for some reason my book disappeared.Other than that it’s wonderful. It’s Becoming My favorite app as much as I love to read.
App never works
This app rarely works. You pay for a subscription that you have limited access to due to the inconsistency of the app. I constantly have to log in and out or even delete the app and redownload it just to access the features/purchases. It is extremely frustrating. Especially considering that a lot of the content is paid for separately from the monthly subscription fee.
Could use some updates
I love the concept of this app but I feel that the app is a little too outdated. I wish there were different categories such as searching by author, book type, or books you have to pay for. I wish that the story time section had more details, like what the stories are actual about. And I’m not sure why for the merchandise you can’t purchase in the app. Overall good idea.
Loving it
This app has some kinks to work out but this is literally book heaven glad to have signed up in its early stages to be able to say i was here for this !!!!!
App Don’t WORK!!!
I can’t even make an account for the app, been trying for a month now. I email and never receive a reply back… i love this author but she’s coming off as a money hungry person…… FIX YOUR APP!!!
Huge fan of Ashley but this app isn't it
I've been trying to create an account for weeks and have been met with an error message. Then finally accepted the account but when I log in it says not verified. So verification code comes to my email and there's no place to use it. it's just a code. My app is updated. so I don't know what else to do.
Font size
How do you adjust the font size I purchased a book and I can’t see the words. Is the anyway to fix this. I don’t want to rate because I haven’t read anything
Amazing
Ashley goes above and beyond for #AshArmy every time! I literally own all of her and her husbands books. They never disappoint. Super happy for her and her team as well.
Scam
Ashley and this app seems to be all about a dollar. Where’s the content? Why are the books so expensive? Why are the books so short? Why are there so many typos? Why have your dedicated fans pay for a pre order that has no official release date in sight? She is going to use her core audience with her greediness.
Improvements needed
I love what Ashley is trying to do with the app and it has potential to be great, but there are improvements needed especially with the ebooks. Paying $14.95 for a digital book that lacks basic functionality is disappointing. You can’t book mark your page, there is no table of contents, you can’t even highlight. I was almost afraid I got swindled because it was blank for a while before it loaded. I hope to come back and change this to 5 stars when it gets better functionality. I can’t see myself signing up for a monthly subscription until some of the kinks get worked out first.
App has a glitch
I was excited to download the app being that I love audiobooks I subscribe to the premium membership and purchased a audiobook after doing so I didn’t see the book in my library not sure where it went. But the App is very pretty
Lit 🔥
I absolutely love this app Ash army in the house !
accessibility for Voiceover needs improvement
I am blind and I use voiceover on my iPhone in order to navigate my device. I tried signing up for this app, however the sign-up process was very difficult to complete with voiceover. Once I entered my email, first name, and last name, and password, I got stuck at the screen that asked me to accept the terms. I cannot locate a checkbox. And when I did find the option with the checkbox, the switch could not be toggle do using voiceover. Please improve this application for voiceover users. I love Ashley Antoinnette and would love to continue to support her books and other endeavors.
My book erased
I had bought butterfly 4 and I was going read it this weekend however it’s no longer there
Ashley Antionette NEVER misses
Ashley Antionette has done it again! This app is amazing! Book lovers, this one is for you!! I love the graphics, the content, and the organization. My favorite is the author spotlight. Not a stone was left unturned when developing this app! Definitely worth the money.
Bookmarks Please
It goes back to the beginning every time I stop reading. There is no way to jump to the page I need just have to slide the pages. I’m not used to having to remember what page I left off of. I’m also not a fan of having to slide the pages. Taking me much longer to read book than usual.
Amazing
I am so happy for you and this is major!!! I am already loving what I see and this warms my heart!! You are the best and you are going to be blessed abundantly!! I love this app already!!
This was the absolute worst reading experience
The app needs much work. Every single time I take a break it starts over. I literally have to screenshot the page I stop on so I know where to go when I come back to it. No way to type in the page so you must scroll page by page until you get back to where you left off! No table of content that allows for jumping to the chapters. It’s just not working for us.
Error
Something is really wrong with this app it won’t let me sign up without logging me out of it
Hate it!!!
Every time I open this app I’m getting the error message!!! I can barely remember my password to open my phone I’m tired of opening this app and having to log completely all back in! I can wait to be done with this book NEVER AGAIN!!!
Error
I have tried on both my phone and my iPad. The app won’t even let me create an account. When I tried on my phone, they sent me the code to confirm my email address. I put the code in and it said it was the wrong code. I copied and pasted the code, so I know it was correct. It still wouldn’t go through. I tried again and as soon as I was enter my name, email, and password, the app would close. So, I tried it on my iPad. I keep getting error 400 when I try to create my account on it.
pamganzy@gmail
I’ve tried several times to login to this app, deleted and downloaded , still nothing. I’m getting responses saying that user or email address does not exist. I’ve reached out for help and still no response , this is frustrating and pointless
