Lost all my info
I was logged out of my account after an update, and I’ve lost everything. I’ve tried every email I’ve ever created and no luck. I have over 50 houseplants and have been paying for the full version of this app for almost 4 years. Over $100 just down the drain.

it’s good enough :33333 but I just can’t find my plant when searching. It only gets it when I take 6 pictures of the plant.
Is the pod usable with a subscription?
I bought the flora pod. The app keeps pushing a trial on me. I would like to know if I can use it without a subscription. Otherwise, I’m going to return it. Thanks.
Annoyed
I had been using this app since around 6/5 and came on to add some new flowers. It informed me that it needed to update. When I went back into the app after it was done, it informed me that my email wasn’t registered and I had to set up a whole new account. It had been going great, except my monitor doesn’t like to stay paired, I just stopped using it and decided to use my brain and pay attention to the plant myself. I’ve actually have some Zinnias that are close to flowering and I haven’t had a seed go to flower, really ever. If I could get my account back, I would give a 4 star, because of the monitor not pairing, but can I really blame an app for a device? If they are promoting it…🤷♀️

Lost account
Signed up with Flora through my Apple ID. Went fine for a while but the different tier plans offered through Apple are very confusing. They offer many different paid plans, several of them the same duration plan (weekly, monthly, etc) but with different costs. Started with 7.99 per week only to find out I could have been paying 12.99 per month. Switched to that and then upgraded to a 29.99 per year plan only to find out that was somehow a downgrade? (No longer got the premium plan with that). Tried to upgrade back to the premium plan with a 59.99 per year but the app didn’t register that. Tried to logout and log back in to see if it needed a reset only to find out I could no longer sign in using Apple ID (only Google or email). Tried email login but app said I don’t have an account under that email (which is the same email as my Apple ID). I can now no longer get into my account t and have lost access to my 21 plants’ data. Terrible experience. Gonna seek a refund and use a different app instead.
Loved it
I’ve literally loved this app as it helped me share my love of my plants. I’ve had this app for approx two to three years now, until recently it’s no longer free!! It helped me to keep track of my watering and repotting as I have 27 plants! It’s been a joy to share my beautiful plants with a plant community!
Notifications
Notifications stopped working. I don’t get them at all anymore. This used to be intermittent, but it is now consistent. This is a vital feature for me to keep using this app. Without it, I will go somewhere else.
App update not good
The last update changed the watering schedule. Showed I have no plants. BUT if you look under your plants section they are there and it will tell you when to water them. Hope it goes back to the original way it was.

This is a great totally user friendly app and it’s really organized the only problem I had with it is the cost it costs money to have it for a certain time but it works I saw great improvement in my plants in just a month.
Average
Good app to track the watering intensity and to identify plants but I don’t think it’s very accurate. I downloaded it bc I don’t know much about plants and wanted plants to last so J followed this app for watering and diagnosis. 3 plants have died so far and I have only followed elegant this app says
The constant updates are getting a little annoying
Is a good app but the fact that it asks me to update it every time I open it is really taking the fun out of it

I have tried so many plant apps and this one is by far my favorite. I have whatever the opposite of a green thumb is and my plants have never looked better. Worth the subscription for sure.
POD
I am unable to pair my pod. I don’t even look like it’s charging. I can’t even tell if it is charging so the 1 free doesn’t even count cause I still haven’t been able to use it.
Excited to start
Just started this app excited to see how things transpire. I like the reminders.
Not Installing Correctly
My husband installed the Flora app on his phone. It asked for a $39.99 per year fee. We decided to add it to my phone instead because I would use it more often. When we attempted to install, the annual fee being required jumped to $49.99. We continued anyway. We got to a point where it ask if I had a “POD” and stopped the install. It required that an either say “Yes” and pay more or say “No” and accept that a POD would be sent and charged later. When I went passed this screen my only option was a 3 day free trial then a monthly fee of $7.99 which is $95.88 per year rather than the $39.99 or $49.99. No other option available. Make up your mind what the fee is going to be. Until you do, I am deleting this app.
A Decent Little Plant App
It’s a very handy app to track you houseplants. The only draw back that I have noticed it the limited search available with it plant library. Has trouble identifying some of the plants I have. Great for information on the plants it does have.

Horrible
I usually don’t write reviews, but this app is pretty bad. For a novice that knows nothing about plant/lawn care this may help - but most of this information is readily available for free on the World Wide Web.

Would like some more plants added but good overall
App not working!
The app was great until the last update. Now, there is nothing, just a blank screen. Yet, I get reminders every day that my plants need watering! I would, if I knew which ones! (a finger in the pot to check for dry soil has been working fine, maybe I don’t need this app) Messages to support have not been answered. I’m ready to just delete the app and find something else.
Nice when it isn’t glitching
Overall decent app however seeing how much you have to pay for a subscription you’d think it wouldn’t have constant bugs/glitches that happen regularly.
Plant Admin
Love this App and using the free trial however, little steep in the price and most likely will not be able to keep the app.

I checked all over before I downloaded the app to see if this was chargeable or free. There was nothing of any charges. You download it, set it up, and then find out that you have to pay to keep it. You absolutely have a right to sell an app or charge for usage, just let me know that on the front end in case that’s not what I’m looking for. Don’t dupe me into downloading it just to trick me.
Such a helpful app
This has really helped me as I tend to overwater. I now have very happy, healthy houseplants.
Bad update
I understand this has conveyed to a paid app with a three day trial. What I don’t understand is an update deleting all of my plants and progress. Deleted the app. Used it for a long time only to lose everything. Not nice.

Fabulous Flora
I’ve been using the Flora app for about a month now, and absolutely love it. It’s easy to add my plants and I love the recommendations.
False advertising

But…… it has been very laggy But I believe they may have fixed that recently (I’m to lazy to check) Other than that, it’s a great app that’s perfect for plant lovers!
Great until it deleted everything
I was loving this app so hard for the past 4 months. I have over 90 plants added. This morning I noticed the update was available so I decided to update. When I reopened the app all of my plants were gone. I’m not sure I’m willing to put in all the effort of adding them again if this is what updates do. Not cool.
Not bad, but not helpful if you don’t have a lot of plants
A decent app, but only if you’re someone who has many many plants. I don’t so it’s not that useful for me. Unfortunately Apple took my subscription fee a day early so I’m now £35 poorer and stuck with an app I have absolutely no use for 🤦🏻♂️

Deception
Saw an ad in Instagram from the creator that clear stated that App “is now”. It’s not, I downloaded it and it’s free for 3 days. I don’t do deception. I would never give my information including a credit card number to a company that clearly lied. I’ll make sure to steer clear of anything associated with this app from now on. The ole bait and switch to get your downloads number high. Shame on you
love it
the app is really good and has a lot of information but 2 things would need to be changed: that the watering will be different depending on the season and it doesn't on the app so you can overwater/out dry ur plants, and when you change some settings it doesn't rearrange the number of days between the waterings and you have to change it yourself. expect that really good app
Identifier doesn’t work
The identifier is really bad. Says lots of my plants are p micans which is not true. Hasn’t got a single plant right that I tried
Recognition not great
I took a photo of my plant 4 Somerset times for it to recognise it. It was recognising totally rare and exotic plants I’ve not even heard of at first. I guess you just need to keep trying
Loving it
When I got the free month subscription after getting to like a certain level, I was so excited to be able to take full advantage of getting to know my plants more

Useful but issues with display
This app provides identification and useful tips, however there are issues with the functionality including not being able to scroll to access buttons and text not fitting the screen.

Stopped working.
I love this app but suddenly just after the update it stopped working, I thought it was a storage issue so deleted a few unneeded apps but it still will not turn on, it will give me notifications which I cannot use to get on the app. I have no idea what to do as this app has helped me so much. It won’t let me get past two seconds of loading.
Misidentified
It keeps getting my plant wrong. And keeps saying the same wrong one. So I have no idea what it is! Either that or says they have no clue what it is. I just want to know what my plant is :(
