Used to work. Doesn’t anymore.
This used to work just fine. I registered my eSIM without too much inconvenience as is the norm in the Philippines when you try to do just about anything but I digress. Now? It won’t even open. I’ve tried using FaceID, tried entering my pin, then tried waiting a week in case they were doing maintenance on the app but still can’t access it. At this point, I’m about ready to give up on Globe as a service provider because this is just getting ridiculous. Even the GCash app won’t load half the time. If you’re traveling to the Philippines, just buy a SMART eSIM at a kiosk at any major mall and be done with it.
GlobeOne without data
Hi, it would be very helpful and convenient to most subscribers, if GlobeOne is accessible even without load or promo. With this case, subscriber able to use GlobeOne to claim rewards, loan, or avail the extend promo. Specially for emergency.
Roaming dropped out
Purchased roaming for an overseas trip. This morning it has stopped working and has disappeared from my app- I can’t even find evidence of having purchased it. It still had several GB and about 2 weeks left on the plan. I’ve had to purchase a second plan to tide me over until I get back.
No response
I requested to downgrade my subscription with globe because as you can see I haven’t even use 1 gig with the your slow internet service. This was requested almost a month ago but no response up to now! Your service is below sea level. You only care about money!!

Credit card payments very difficult to use
Suggesting that you make a way for the app to save our credit card information instead of us manually encoding everytime. Today I tried 3 different cards and ur authentication page says it’s still authenticating meaning ur app is buggy or intentionally creating friction for credit card payments in order to favor paying by Gcash. Very unsatisfactory
Option to save credit card details
Please include the feature that enables a subscriber to save his credit card details for greater user experience similar with Smart's Mobile App.
Is the app still active?
Its been more than a week now, the app stops on the logo part when opening it… it is only on the loading section… Is there any remedy for this problem?
Sometimes Frustrating
This app was working great - well good. I could see and track my daily usage then that portion of the app just disappeared. So now I have to use DATA BAL to see what’s going on. The second frustrating thing is registering my prepaid eSim. Tried like 90 times and still cannot no matter how much I submit the required documentation.
Easy Pay
Very convenient and easy payment process. This is much better than going to the Globe customer care office and wait for your turn so you can settle your bills with customer service. Online payment is the best.
Load issue
Globe keep on deducting load even if I don’t use any service and using WiFi. Can’t even refund the deducted load amount
Email format bug
Your email regex throws an error when there is more than 1 underscore in the local chunk. Apart from this, the app is pretty solid.
Pay by Card not working
Always getting the error “Something went wrong” when trying to pay by Card. Only working method was GCash
Reminds you to pay yet wont allow you to login
This app has for some reason wont allow me to log in but billing keeps bugging me to pay. They deliberately not send otp if its a non Globe number. NTC should look into this.

When can I convert pSIM to eSIM for prepaid users? The "Switch to eSIM" Button is keep not working at all although after selecting payment method. If this is intentionally, better display some message.

This program was written by an amateur. For example, - I could be not enter a period in the amount. And that amount should have been available as a drop in. - Hitting Choose a payment method after entering data should bring back the form populated with the already entered data. And so on…

But i think you should add “view current eSIM QR” or “resend eSIM QR” option.

it’s just that i can’t use my reward points to some rewards even if i’m qualified with it but it always says “try again later” again and again.
Wont log in
Transferred to a new phone and now when I try to log in, its stuck after it says it will log me out of my previous device which is not with me anymore. I can’t pay my bills on time because of this inconvenience
Doesn’t show subscription
Updated: 10 July 2024 and now it’s not showing my data, call, and text subscription. Every update seems to mess up everything. Well done 👍😂

I had an awful experience with GlobeOne. As an international traveler, I was required to upload proof of my hotel stay and my departure flight to register my eSIM. I provided screenshots of both, including my hotel receipt and flight confirmation, but my registration was repeatedly rejected with no meaningful explanation. I was traveling between islands and didn’t have time to visit a Globe store immediately. When I finally made it to a Globe representative at a mall, I was told my number had already been forfeited because the registration wasn’t completed in time. To make matters worse, I was also told there would be no refund for the service I had already paid for. The registration requirements were unnecessarily difficult for a tourist, the verification process failed despite me submitting the requested documents, and customer service offered no solution other than telling me I had lost both my number and my money. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. There are plenty of other eSIM providers that don’t put customers through this kind of hassle just to get mobile data. I would not recommend GlobeOne to international travelers.
Difficult to make payments, etc
My card is not saved. And other issues. I was promised that my mono was discounted but it isn’t. Mostly the service. I have been with you as a loyal customer for so many years even when your service, slow, etc was not good. -Heloise
OK app but reduced the options
There used to be a function to build your own personalized package. This was removed.

I’m now living in the US and I still want to maintain my Globe number, and the GlobeOne app is doing its job well. It’s easy to use, fast, and reliable. Thanks, Globe!
No option to change from physical sim to eSIM
Useless claim…no option of changing from physical sim to eSIM…it’s been too long I’m waiting for the option to come out but until now I can’t change my sim to eSIM…the only option is to change to 5g sim…still useless because it still physical sim I need to convert my number to eSIM….

The registration process keeps failing with random errors, impossible downloads and session timeouts. Good that I already paid the money upfront which makes me try harder. Customer service is an abysmal Facebook messenger chatbot. Never again if I don’t get this to work today.
Can’t Update the App
When I went into the app today it prompted me to update it to the 18.21 version. I tried but there is no way to update it like other Apps. I deleted the app to reinstall and still can’t get the new version. Worse is I can’t get my home page and can’t see my billing info because of the notice to ‘Upgrade to the Latest Version!’. Please do better. It’s super frustrating!

Worthless
This has to be the most worthless app and SIM card that I’ve ever had. I got a Globe SIM that should have been a brand new number. What I got was a used number and I could not change to get a new number. I’m in the states now and wanted to load my SIM with international calling and data. Did that and I can’t make any calls or text. Worthless just plain useless service. If I could give them a negative I would!!!
