My favorite game
It’s an amazing idle game, would recommend! They have an amazing support team. My game crashed after one of their updates but they were able to restore my game. I was so thankful to have my save back, especially my ad free version I paid for.

Recent problem
Update: I really enjoyed the game (especially the events) until it no longer allowed me to sign in and can’t figure out how to fix this issue Been playing this game for a long time now. Always enjoy it. Recently when I make any in game purchase during the events I get the msg it went through then an error in the game. I’m having to try multiple times to get it to work and in the end I get what I’m purchasing but Apple is charging me multiple times bc it’s going through on their end and they won’t refund me. Very frustrating
Stop with the long forced tutorials
I can’t stand when a game just forces you to only click the one thing they want you to for the first several minutes of the game. I had ranked up multiple times and still didn’t make it past the part of the game where it forces you to keep clicking on the next thing it has decided I need to do. It’s a basic game, just let me play and figure it out! Deleted out of frustration.
Glitch?
During events I’m not getting the security checks. I used to get them all the time, but since purchasing no ads they pop up every 3-4 times I open the game. Other times I’ll sit and wait 10-15 minutes and there isn’t a single one. They are essential for finishing at a decent rank and to earn the event planes. I have a full time job and other hobbies I can’t just sit and play this game 24/7

New update
Since the update none of my purchases are there. Big one is no ads purchase. I’ve played this game for almost 2 years now off and on and I’ve reached out multiple times in the past few days and can’t get anything other than an automated response.

Game is okay, but definitely not what the ads show. Classic bait and switch. Was fun at first until I realized it’s just the same thing over and over.

This game all of a sudden keeps saying that it cannot connect to the Internet but my Internet is working in every other app. I loved this game but I’m very disappointed.
dev bought out and saves inaccessible
nova unlimited seems to have acquired this game, so now everyone just has to re-login, right? no big deal right? wrong, loading from the same id doesn’t work, so either get ignored by support, or load from a different id and wipe your progression. sadly it’s probably just another case of a company buying rights to a game just to ruin it.
Stuck on level
Ok so why have I been stuck on level 130 for over a month now? Love this game for so many reasons, but it has not advanced past level 130 upon completing the required goals.

This was looking to be a good game intell I saw that you have to collect cards to upgrade characters just like clash royal

FIVE STAR GAME
This game is so fun, I love how it’s exactly at the point where it’s not pay to win, I love how I get no ads, and the overall game is great. I love the different types of cool plane liveries and I probably will never put the game down.
Can’t progress in tutorial
Game is reset; ok. I filled up the progress bar with tasks at level 1, and then it froze; can’t hit the menu to contact support, can’t do anything at all. Persistent hang. Deleting and reloading hasn’t fixed it.

Good game but support is poor
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and have completed most levels and collected most planes in the side games except the new Gourmet Gateway and Lollipop Landing fleets. What is disappointing is the lack of support. The support link does not work but tells you to try and reload. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. I borrowed the support email address from the delete game link but have had no response to two emails. The problems: the Next game was not showing on the map and starting a couple of hours late, and then I played and completed Lollipop Landing over the weekend and got no plane or rewards at the end of it. Hence reduced rating for a game I do enjoy and play too much!
Love this game!!
I never leave reviews for games but have enjoyed this one so much that I needed to say something. I’ve been playing this game since October 2023 and I absolutely adore it. I love how the challenges are set up and it’s so fun, and easy to play. Very relaxing and I highly recommend it. I’ve played other games like it before but this one is by far my favorite. The only criticism I had involving the diamonds was recently fixed with newest updates.

Both Sides of the Coin
It definitely is a cute concept, and the names of the characters will crack you up. However, it needs vital updates. Waiting ten days to achieve a goal is excessive, and it’s very repetitive in terms of goals and events.
Great game BIG BUG
I got pretty invested in this game and put some serious time into it after playing here and there for a while. I really enjoyed it, HOWEVER I discovered a bug where one of my goals is to have the food court over 85. I had already had my food court at 90 but still it wouldn’t mark the challenge as complete so it puts the game at an entire stand still until I open the game over and over again while making no progress until I have trillions of dollars or open enough free packs to be able to complete one of my other two challenges. Seems like I have to either spend money on a booster pack (which I’m absolutely not doing), suffer, or delete the game and forget about it
Tutorial
I’m sure the game is fine but, like every other idle game, the tutorial is painfully long. This one is particularly bad. I deleted the game after a few days because the tutorial was still going and the game basically plays itself. Let your players figure some things out, and cool it with the giant arrows telling people what to do.
My favorite game!! Until I couldn’t get help
This is one of my all-time favorite games! It is fun and relaxing and I just enjoy playing it. But recently I tried to reset my progress because I made it to the highest level in the game. But when I try to restore my purchases it won’t restore what I have already spent on this game. I really would like to play it again, but I am not going to spend money for something I’ve already bought. I tried to contact support in every way on every platform and nobody will respond to me. So I guess I don’t get to play my favorite game anymore.
Game Will Not Load
I love this game, but I have been trying for days to get into it. The start up screen gives three options: Try Again, Forget (use a different ID and possibly lose save progress ...seems like I would have to start over?), and Contact Us (which gives an error). I have uninstalled-reinstalled and hard rebooted my iPad. I have a WiFi connection. I am very sad.
Great game but
I must say I’ve really enjoyed playing this game and I kept with it even after reaching Level 130. But I’m getting tired of all the special events and not adding to the main game. I have a BUNCH of coins, and level up any airport staff I get immediately. I’m beginning to wonder why I continue. If there was a chance the game would be updated with more levels, I’d keep playing, but I’m ready to delete the whole thing. It was fun while it lasted . . .

No longer saves, lost account
I loved this game until recently. Something happened and it would not allow me to play saying I wasn’t connected to internet (I was). I uninstalled and reinstalled like I’d done in the past to fix this issue and I lost my save. The links on the website and in the app for help don’t work and they don’t respond on Facebook messenger or comments on their post.
Pricing
The game is great and everything up until a certain point. Once you get past level I’d say 100 there is nothing else to do. There are no airport upgrades, you start to overflow on passengers and review stars, and every else takes so long to upgrade. My one solution would be to fix the pricing with both upgrades and the cards in the shop. Cards in the shop cost 450 gems for 9 cards when you can buy a suitcase and get like 200 cards for the same price. If you decide the pricing is already fair, then make it so there are more ways to earn cash other than your companies and the wheel. I’ve been waiting for weeks just to save up for one upgrade which is insane. Just please change something.
Lion turned this into pay to compete
Been playing for a long time now. Events are now pay or cheat to compete. I am very competitive and play events practically 24/7. I used to be able to make the top 5 and occasionally place 1st. Once Lion took over, I am lucky to make the bottom of top 25 and am at best 80% of the points needed to make the top 5. I would have to spend an outrageous amount of money to make the top 5, no way to place first at all. Time to find a new game.
Needs an update
The planes no longer give stars, and I can’t add boost or watch ads to promote. Please fix this

I finished the 130 levels and am now working to complete my passport books but I do wish there was more levels or same time allotted for each mini game.
Game won’t load
Ever since the last update it keeps saying I need internet and I’m on WiFi. Tried 3 different WiFi connections and still won’t load😡
Wish we had more variety of islands or a chance to choose

It’s Great, But…
I honestly love the true idleness of the game. But like a few other reviewers have stated, the event games that are placed in, I’m not a fan on how we have to restart each airline from scratch. As a stay at home mom, this is my favorite game to play when I have a moment to myself, so unfortunately I’m not able to play as frequently to unlock more cool prizes with completing the passport goals.
Good Game
An enjoyable App, the problem is some Ad’s they play thru and we ignore till they complete, the trouble starts when you press the X the Ad pops up with done, touch done the X appears touch the X the Ad reappears this then happens repeatedly, sorry but I’ve deleted the App which is a shame, lost everything including Boot Camp which I was really enjoying, sort it out and maybe I’ll reload.
Fun but stuck at level 90
It’s quite a fun game to pass the time and the frequent events keep you playing and are enjoyable. However, for quite a while now I have been stuck on level 90 with no tasks to continue levelling up so cannot go any further which now makes the game boring, just taking part in/waiting for events. It’s been like this for too long now and is frustrating so please update the game to add more tasks and levels! It’s really needed.

I Like It, But…
I like this game, but I want to like it more. I don’t review a game until I’ve played it for several months. I’m now at level 117 and progress has slowed to almost a stand still. And this is why I wait to review a game. So often when you play a great game, higher levels are where the flaws start to show and great becomes good. The main game has become boring. It’s impossible to make progress. At this point, the events are what keeps this game going but here’s the problem with that. The events are exactly the same over and over. You don’t retain any progress or levels. They always start completely over. Due to this, the events are also becoming boring. Early on, this is a five star game. At this point we’re down to four stars. My fear is that the boredom will continue, if not addressed, and the game will fall to three. I would love for the developers to find ways to keep this game fresher because until the higher levels, this game was awesome.
Excellent game but………
Loved this game when I first downloaded it, now maxed out to level 70 with no tasks left to complete. Go on twice a day to click one button. Need to add more levels more frequently instead of just a 48 hour new area IMO
Ran out of mid game challenges
This would have been a 5 star, but I’m on level 91 and have no more mid game challenges to complete. I’m sort of wondering what to do with it now!
