Love it.. Lots of fun!
Poorly Programmed Ads
This app turns off my music at random because its ads are poorly scripted. The timer sometimes runs during ads, giving inaccurate times. Lacks a dedicated button to switch on fast entry (you have to press and hold any number). This is nothing special compared to other killer sudoku apps, so you should use one without these problems.
Frustrated
I love this game, but Please remove the Toyota Camry ad. It locks my iPad every time, forcing me to restart my iPad. Very frustrating.

Annoying ads
This game is great if you have the time to finish in one sitting. If you return you are forced to look at ads for at least 2 minutes. I would be fine if there was an option to pay and go ad free.
Game changer
You thought Sudoko could be hard. This one is mind boggling. Love it,
“Scanning Your Device” Background Ad
Whatever ads you are allowing on your game are running in the background and playing an OBNOXIOUSLY loud beeping and saying it’s scanning my phone when the app is open. It wakes up my child, which is the only time I can play, pauses my show, and makes me genuinely uncomfortable. Remove the ads or you’ll lose downloaders.
Time Attacks Need Fixed
I enjoy the game a lot, but the last puzzle in your time attack series is always horrendous. 300 seconds to fill in 81 squares on a very difficult puzzle makes no sense. That’s less than 4 seconds per square. Then watching an ad to add one minute hardly puts a dent into your progress.

Great game but keeps muting my audio
I love playing this game to relax but I also always have an audiobook, podcast or music playing in the background. This app for some reason always makes my other audio stop playing which means I end up leaving the game and playing something else so I can keep listening.

Great game,but the ads get stuck
Love the challenge of this. Big Game Poker ad is frozen every time it comes up! Can not exit it, can not wait it out, can not tap tap tap out of it. Only way out is to delete your app!
Hard is too easy, expert is too hard
I do enjoy it, but I feel like the “hard” games are really simple. A lot of it is given to you just in simple math in the box, like two numbers adding together. But in expert mode, I have not a clue how you would know anything. So it’s not getting that sweet spot where I’m challenged but not frustrated.
Ads are too annoying!
I like Killer Sudoku as a step up from regular Sudoku. However, the frequent and overly long ads in this app have made me decide to uninstall the game. 😟
Ads that pull me away from the game
Game has been great for a long time, but now, without me clicking anything and in the middle of my games, I’ll be pulled to some random Amazon “you won a prize” ad on safari. It happened 5 times in the middle of a 3 minute game, so I’ve now deleted it.

Are you kidding me
I’ve had this game for 4 years. Suddenly there’s ads in the middle of the game, even if you didn’t pause. Interrupts anything I was doing and just makes me leave the app and do something else. Not an app for user experience anymore, just shamelessly trying to make money.
Notes are changed
I enjoy the game but there is a problem with the advanced notes feature. If I return to a partially completed game, the notes will not be the same as when I left. There will be numbers there that I had previously deleted. Same with getting a hint. I once made the mistake of getting one and it completely filled on all of the numbers on the notes wiping out the progress I had made. I have taken to photographing what the board looks like when I leave so I can return it to that state when I resume the game. There has to be a better way.
Latest update killed gameplay
Latest update: 2.6.0 killed the gameplay for me and makes taking notes so much more difficult the game is unplayable for me. I tried many different apps and although not perfect, this was the best until the latest update.

Ads interrupt game
I’ve had this app for a few years and really enjoyed playing it. However, with its latest update, it is now populating an “ad break” in the middle of my game. I do not want to be interrupted in the middle of playing for some stupid ad. And I REALLY don’t want to be interrupted TWICE during a game that takes me about 8 minutes to complete.

Ads ruin the game
I have been enjoying the game for a while. The app was easy to use and I enjoyed having the occasional challenge available. However the recent ads being played are ridiculous and inappropriate. I’m looking to play sudoku not watch ads featuring explicit language, etc. I was hoping it was just a one time thing but since there is no way to restrict the ads that I could find I just deleted the app altogether.
Adverts killing the gameplay
I really don’t mind having adverts i the game, but they are now swing the game so much that it’s becoming unplayable. Really disappointing as it’s a great game.

Good game, but after paying for "no ads" I am still getting ads. Not as many but there are still places where you are required to watch ads. Not what I paid for!!!

Randomly opening tracking pages
All of a sudden I noticed that I will be in the middle of playing when my browser pops open with a page I never asked for. I am not even clicking on an ad. I will be in the process of playing and it switches. Beware! I don’t know who it is sending data to. This used to be a great company. I have been playing their regular sudoku for years.
Miss being able to do previous daily challenges
Unless I’m going crazy, there is no way of doing a daily challenge from a previous day. This was available until the most recent update but you pulled the button. Why was this? Your release notes are generic, which isn’t super helpful 😞 but please let me know I’m not going crazy here? Other then that, great game!
Love the game but it crashes my phone now
I’ve had the game for about 2 weeks. At first it worked great, but now every time I open the app it crashes my phone and I have to restart it. Definitely 5 starts for me if the game could open 😭
Used to be amazing
Was loving this app until the most recent update now you are unable to do any of the puzzles on days you have missed this is massively frustrating and is leading me to find alternatives to what was an amazing app.

In some games there are several solutions, but the app considers only one of them correct.
Greedy Greedy Greedy Subscription
I have been playing this game almost daily for over two years now. I have been thinking about going ad free but since it was $15 (for forever) I held off. Recently, every single time you pause the game or check another app/text you have to watch an ad to resume (no matter for how long it was paused). I opened the app today and decided to treat myself because the ads were so annoying and there is only a subscription ad-free option. I am not paying $2.99 a month for freaking sudoku ad free. This is greedy and I am finding a new app to use that doesn’t take advantage of their users. Not everything should be a subscription.
Great
Good fun and enjoyable. Only negative thing I can say about the app is that it can be frustrating that every time you succeed and pass a level you get welcomed with ad straight after. That only SOMETIMES you can skip. It’s like I’m winning to see an ad? Overall a good pass time.
Uninstalled again
Yeah, I came back after awhile to see if it has improved, but I don’t see much improvement. So I’m uninstalling it again. I can see I’m still forced into portrait mode and it’s not allowing landscape mode when I rotate my device, I mean all apps should do that simple thing now a days - right?
great game, but freezes often
I love killer sudoku & the expert level in this app is perfect - hard enough to be challenging, but not frustratingly impossible. There are the unescapable ads, which sorta comes with the territory in most games, but they‘re not too long, and thus not too annoying. The only thing that‘s really annoying (& the reason for not giving 5 stars), is that this game freezes a lot lately. Would be great if this could be fixed.
