Can’t update
I keep getting a message to update but I try to but it just says open
Stuck at 41 percent
I’ve been stuck at 41% for about three weeks now. It will not load the game. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see if that would help and it still just goes to 41 and freezes.
Fix
It keeps saying that there is an update but everytime I go to the App Store and there is no update
Just watched the same ad 10 times - it is stuck in a loop and won’t stop!
The game freezes. The game crashes. The ads freeze. The ads crash the game. Starting the game crashes the game. Issue has been going on for MONTHS now and every update NEVER fixes the bugs they just add more crap.

When my generator disappeared and they never fixed it I was really disappointed because this had been one of my favorite merge games. Now it’s a completely different game, meaning a brand-new game, and the “pieces” are different than those of any other merge game and it’s one of my favorites again. One star off because I’m petty and can’t forget the generator issue of the original game. UPDATE: objects overlapping on tiles, “invisible” items taking up space… I had a level 3 tree in my dresser and when I touched it to put it on the board it disappeared. I already dealt with disappearing generators in the first incarnation. What is the point of completely revamping the game when the root problems haven’t been fixed? I give up!
Stops working after a certain level
I’ve been playing this for a while now but for the last 6 months anytime I try to open it, it stops loading at 46% and crashes. I’m afraid to delete and redownload and lose my place. it’s clearly not just a glitch as I’ve been trying for months. It was fun until then though!

Great game, but WAAAAAY too slow with new chapters. Downloaded their new game and it’s nowhere near as good. I’ve been waiting for new levels for a couple months now. Getting ready to delete the game and forget about it

It was a good game until they added the ads. Now ads won’t stop after you click on the completed items needed to continue progress. Will look for alternative merge games to play.

A year with no update
I love this game and I’ve loved it for a long time but there hasn’t been a new chapter since December of last year. No updates posted on Facebook or Instagram either to let people know when or even if any more will be released. It’s really frustrating to keep people waiting so long without at least giving any update on progress or if it’s no longer being worked on. :(
What?!
I come back to the game after a long break to find everything has changed. Some changes I can deal with but what I can’t deal with are ADS and plenty of them. Thinking that an in app purchase would get rid of them, I spent $2 only to discover it doesn’t do anything to the ads sucking all the fun out. Good job devs! You just lost this player. Ugh! 🙄🤦🏻♀️

Love the game but since last update I am having problems merging some items.

Ads, ads, ads
Please stop the intrusive ads. I have been playing for some time now and having fun. All of a sudden, loud and intrusive ads pop up. I understand ads, but this is ridiculous.

The game is super fun, but the developers are top notch. Super fast response when my game glitched. They were able to fix it in hours and restore my progress. Highly recommend!
The update absolutely ruined the game
The game used to be so good, but this new update with the boosters and the new “story points” is the worst thing. I wish there was a way to disable this mode so I could keep playing the old game 😔
Almost there
I’m really enjoying this game, and would give it 5 stars, except I’ve been waiting for something for 4 levels now. I need two printers to finish two tasks. It says the printers are available on level 12, yet I’m On level 16 and still don’t have the item that will make the printers. So until I get that I can’t progress in the game.
Awesome Game
I really like this game but I have to give it three stars, for some reason it always freezes and crashes. Since the update it won’t let me get generator and freeze on the screen. Fix the glitches please.
Loved the original, not a huge fan of updates
I hate, hate, hate that every time I complete a task now, I have to watch 5-10 seconds of an ad. I already watched ads to refresh my generators or get an item and now this is just annoying. I’ve been playing since almost the beginning of this game but they are starting to lose me with all these updates. I miss the old boosters that were much easier to get! Getting money hungry just like all the other games….

There are several merge games but this one is by far the best. I have been playing it for some time and never found myself stuck having to pay. A great experience on its own. What is even more phenomenal is their customer support. Having migrated to a new phone, I had issues. They quickly responded to my email and solved my issue in less than 24 hours. So impressed! Thank you!!!
The new update
I hate the new update. It is now just like every other merge game where you get “books” to level up rather than just completing the task.

I agree with everyone else
The latest restructuring of the game makes it way more complicated to complete tasks. Especially regarding “boosters” at the bottom. I liked it better when they just Appeared with chests and whatnot. It’s confusing and I find myself playing it less. It’s just not as fun and the board is a bit annoying in the “x” pattern. I have to make sure I check all the squares much more than I did in previous boards. Hopefully y’all revert back to the old style! No complaints about the old one

The game reset and isn’t working
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I loved it, but recently I’ve had a few problems. Today I opened it and it had reset to the beginning of the game. I couldn’t find anywhere to restore it and I sent an email with no response. I decided after a few hours to just start playing, but after a few merges the game freezes. I have tried rebooting it and rebooting my phone, no help.
Help
I like the game but haven’t receuved any chest when getting to new level... even got the game start again at level 1 when I was at 8 whitouth doing anything. Please fix the issue. Suggestion maybe the game should be saved in facebook or google, somwe can keep our progression.

I just updated the game yesterday and now it won’t load all the way it keeps stopping at 42% please fix this.
Love the Game Hate the Gliches
I just downloaded the latest update and the game is now either stuck in loading at 52% or it actually opens for a second then the screen goes black and kicks me out. I really enjoy this game but, it seems that the gliches are far worse than any I have encountered on similar games.

I like the game but you have to update all the time then it doesn’t work, have more glitches after updates.. now it won’t load past 50%.
Lags and cuts
This game lags pretty bad at times. Its a pain to be dragging something to merge, exp is notorious for it, and have it glitch and say it was double clicked and activated something that i didnt want to claim. Another really annoying part is dialogue being cut off to make room for a friggin purchase pack. I cant finish reading what characters are saying but hold on i can get a gold bar and 2 energy for 2.99 instead of getting more of the storyline. But wait theres more. It needed an update the other day, which is fine. Dont mind that. What aggrovated me was what happened after the update. My game started itself over, completly. I was on day 6-7 and was at level 13-15. It erased everything for 24 hours without a way to recover the account. The next day i had to redownload the update and then things worked fine. Had it not fixed itself i would have been much more upset. The game constantly replays itself. I will play during my break at work and get so far only to come back next break two hour later and be in a spot BEFORE i was the previous break and have to do everything over again that had been played hours before. Including replaying diolague, item merging, generaters not being refilled because the game said they were not used in the first place, energy not being restored or quest not completed. Not happy with the game so delete it goes.

I just had to get a new phone because my last one got busted, and low and behold, I open the game on my new phone, and find out that I’ve lost all my progress because there isn’t a way to connect and transfer the game from one device to another. Fix this, and I might consider giving a 5 star, since I was really enjoying this game until now.

The creators run out too fast!!! Especially the “Hobby” creator. Geez!🙄 3 at best & it’s NEVER the pieces you NEED @ that time! So FRUSTRATING!😖The booster does absolutely nothing for that! Then you give me the same impossible order twice in a row!!🤬(Computer) I get your Main objective is to get us to spend real💴, but get serious. I’m not getting my daily quest and my awards for completing the common quest . I finally got the option to update the app but it didn’t fix it. At midnight when it changes the quest and gives rewards for completion has stopped working . Please help! I don’t want to install and restall because I’m afraid to lose my progress. I’m on day 88 now .

New update 12/21
I just updated the app and when I opened it, everything is gone!!! The game forced me to go to the next chapter even though I wasn’t done with the first chapter! Now I’m in chapter 2 and I have to start all over with nothing! I was on day 50 something. Super frustrated and may delete app from my phone.
Game gets in it’s own way
I play a lot of merge games, they’re my favorite style. This game has so much potential but I find it extremely frustrating compared to many others. So many experience stars pop out that are worth so little that the board fills up so quickly. Have less stars pop out but make them worth more. Also the graphic of coins that shows at least 12 is worth ONLY THREE?? A gold bar is worth 7 coins? Come on. Stop being so cheap. Your max of merged experience is lower than every other game. Another big issue I see if that the generators don’t regenerate until they’re fully out of stock. So when I close the app and come back two hours later expecting full generators, I get only a couple items before then being made to wait for over an hour. That’s not fair, especially if I stopped playing because I ran out of energy and couldn’t deplete a generator. I hope the issues I listed are taken into consideration because I enjoy the game despite everything and only wish to enjoy it moreso.
