Macht sooo viel Spaß
Ich weiß, dass ich als Frau jenseits der Menopause Krafttraining brauche… Ich habe es immer gehasst. Bis ich mit den Ringen angefangen habe 🤩 - ich bin zwar unterstes Level, aber der Plan holt mich super ab und ich freu mich mittlerweile sogar auf mein Training. Wer hätte das gedacht. Und Preis/Leistung ist topp 👍🏼

Sorry aber für 20€ im Monat habe ich das Gym samt Trainer schon fast bezahlt. Finde ich unverhältnismäßig
Sehr gute Trainings-App – und noch Luft nach oben
Nutze die App jetzt schon seit > 1 Jahr mit erkennbaren Erfolgen. Habe dabei die eine oder andere mögliche Optimierung festgestellt und auch die Entwickler diesbezüglich angeschrieben. Auf dem YouTube-Kanal wurde auf ein großes Update hingewiesen … leider kein Update und keine neuen Infos hierzu. Ihr müsst die Kunden diesbezüglich mal abholen und erklären, wie es weitergeht. Das ist auch der Grund, warum ihr von mir keine 5 Sterne bekommt. Die 4 Sterne habt ihr euch aber zu Recht verdient, da ihr mit der App die Trainierenden mit gut abgestimmter Progression immer wieder auf das nächste Level bringt. Grüße
Nicht optimal
Ich nutze die App jetzt eine Weile und bin ehrlich gesagt etwas irritiert vom Trainingsplan. Die Übungen wiederholen sich sehr stark – vor allem Liegestütze in verschiedenen Varianten, oft über mehrere Tage hinweg. Insgesamt fühlt sich das Training dadurch recht einseitig an. Ich verstehe den Ansatz mit Progression über Körpergewicht, aber mir fehlen unterschiedliche Reize, mehr Variation in den Bewegungsmustern und eine klarere Aufteilung der Muskelgruppen. So wirkt es weniger wie ein gezielter Aufbau, sondern eher wie Wiederholung derselben Belastung. Schade, weil die App an sich gut gemacht ist – aber der Trainingsinhalt könnte deutlich differenzierter sein. Dafür muss ich jetzt 99€ zahlen, dass ich Non Stop Liegestützen jeden Tag als Trainingsplan bekomme.
Trainings- und Ruhetage
Echt eine tolle, abwechslungsreiche Trainingsapp. Bin seit Januar dabei, und gerade mit dem neuen Update macht es sehr viel Spaß. Was allerdings noch sinnvoll wäre, wenn man die Trainingstage bei Trainingsausfall einfach auf den nächsten Ruhetag schieben kann. Hatte mich total auf meinem Trainingstag gefreut, leider dann doch keine Zeit gehabt, und am nächsten Tag, als ich es nachholen wollte,war es einfach weg. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch implementieren.😃
Schritt für Schritt
Nutze die App seit fast einem Jahr. Unterschiede sind deutlich sichtbar. Man wird langsam und sicher Schritt für Schritt an komplexe Übungen herangeführt. Nichts für Ungeduldige, aber mit hohem Anspruch und langfristigem Trainingserfolg .
Bauernfängerei
Machen Werbung damit, das man Ringe bekommt wenn man ein Abo für 99 Euro abschließt. Gut das im Kleingedruckten irgendwo steht: nur über die Homepage gilt das Angebot! Die App ist nicht besser oder schlechter als andere Apps.
(fast) Perfekt
Die Trainings sind wohl durchdacht, sie Progressionen halten die Motivation hoch und bieten immer eine neue Herausforderung. Eigene workouts kann man auch erstellen und der Support ist vorbildlich. Ich habe schon viele Apps benutzt, die Ringe sind der sweet spot! Leider hat man das Gefühl das die Entwicklung der App zum Stillstand gekommen ist. Das macht sie nicht schlechter, aber eben leider auch nicht besser, und es gäbe viel Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Das gibt leider einen Stern Abzug.
Zu teuer
Wieviele Abos soll ich noch abschließen? Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben für ein digitales Produkt. Wir sind hier fast schon an den Kosten für ein Fitnessstudio…
Best App for Rings!
I love using this app because I’ve actually progressed in learning some calisthenics skills. It’s been 7 months and I’ve learned to do ring dips and L sit. The progression in difficulty is easy enough to maintain—challenging but not so much that I get frustrated and quit. Looking forward to seeing what skills I’ll be able to do by the time my 1 year subscription is over. I’ll likely sign up again. I’ve tried several calisthenics apps and this one i seem to be able to stick to.
Im Prinzip eine gute App
Die einzelnen Übungen werden mit kurzem Video von 3 Perspektiven und ein paar Schlagworten beschrieben. Das passt bei manchen Übungen schon, bei anderen ist das aber zu wenig. Man kann seine Ausführungen einschicken und bewerten lassen. Was natürlich Extra kostet. In Verbindung mit den dürftigen Erklärungen der Übungen hat das dann doch ein geschmäckle.

Probably the best
Look, I won’t pay for this past the free trial because I’m a cheapskate, but I’ve tried almost all of the workout apps and if you’re looking for a calisthenics style workout that will ACTUALLY challenge you and provides very smart advancement AI, this is the one. I alternate between calisthenics and weight training for 6 month periods. I get stronger on some lifts during my weight training phase, but my overall physique just doesn’t look as good as it does during my calisthenics phases. If I had to pay for one calisthenics app, this would be the one. But I probably won’t. Maybe I will. It would be the first one I paid for if I did.
Amazing app!
Brand new to calisthenics but not training, this app has everything from a coaching standpoint. Needs analysis, testing, brilliant programming, tracking system, progressions to everything you’re doing, very personalised. Just get it.

Great video tutorials and automatic progression. I just discovered you can swap out exercises for different ones which also makes workouts more interesting with greater variety.

This app continues to get better and better! I love the programming that builds in progressive overload and now offers the opportunity to design your own workouts. I’ve been using this app religiously for over a year, very motivating to advance from level to level. Started level 17, now level 24!
