What people like
- Beautiful visuals and calming sounds
- Simple to use for beginners
- Helps focus and reduces anxiety
- Developers respond quickly to issues
What they complain about
- Too much locked behind paywall
- Visuals don't work with Bluetooth headphones
- Blowsensor requires holding phone too close
- App organization is confusing and overlapping
Unique
I love the visual feedback, the simplicity, and the overall soothing vibe of the app. The visual feedback is especially helpful for people w ADHD to help them stay focused. I also like the one time purchase option. Things that could be improved: you can’t start an exercise from the favorites list. When creating a custom exercise, selecting the different sounds should cause it to play those sounds so you know what you’re choosing. There should be a way to provide feedback to the developer within the app. Also, I find the organization of the app confusing. There’s so much overlap between the first two sections.
Lots of free apps that do this
It’s a little overrated. There are a number of apps on the store that are free that can do the same.
Brilliant app for to regulate nervous system with breathwork
I’ve been using Lungy daily for 8 months & it’s now an integral part of my routine. I love seeing tangible beneficial metrics of breath work. The developers respond super quickly also to any questions. Thank you Lungy!

Lungy and me
Lungy has helped me to calm down and breathe.I like how lungy has something to fidget on while I do the breathing.
Me encanta!
Not enough content and most of it locked behind a paywall
Quality but too much locked behind paywall and your better of using the app Headspace.
Great support for breathing exercises
As someone with a lung condition who has to do daily lung physio, this app is fantastic for helping me keep my focus. The ability to set my own exercises is so helpful. When I showed my physiotherapist, they were so impressed they wanted to share it.

Best breathing app
Clearly a lot of care has gone into making this a beautiful and fun breathing app. Has all the exercises you could want: box, 478, alternate nostril etc etc. all with lovely animations and music. Worth the cost.
App gut
Gute app sehr netter support
Helpful and works
Still the best breathing app to have hands down. I use this daily and during tough times. Thanks for making it so nice to look at as well. Plenty to learn about breathing as well. Simply an amazing app.

“Squishy” is bad
“Squishy” is bad. During the exhale phase, there’s not a clear indication of the pace you’re going for. The white horizontal bar purports to go from the bottom of a square to the top, but the shape of the square changes during exhalation, and the bar suddenly jumps to the top of the square, immediately going to the “hold” phase.
Perfect for Stress Relief & Focus!
Amazing app for mindful breathing. As a teacher, I use Lungy with students to help them relax before exams. Simple, science-backed, and effective!
Changing my life
I picked this up when there was a launch discount and I must say I feel like it’s changing my life.
Good and interesting app
Easy to use very helpful
The Only Breathing App You'll Ever Need
This is by far the best breathing app l've ever used. The visuals and sounds are both beautiful and calming. It's simple, easy to use, and has a clean, straightforward design.
My favorite breathwork app
I tried so many breathwork apps before this one. I love the design. It’s simple, visually pleasing, and easy to navigate. The animations are interesting and I like that you also have the basic breathwork visuals like the filling circle or dot on a path. The whole experience is dynamic yet soothing.
Seems helpful
I’m just getting started but it does seem to be helpful. Frankly I’d recommend trying it.
Best breathing app
I was looking for something that could do all these styles of breathing, and not only it helps me to sleep, it is retraining me to breath thru my nose in the proper way. A must try at the right price point .
Really good but make it more stable
It's really helpful! Visuals don't work with bluetooth headphones but they are working on a solution. Good communication from developers, makes you feel valued. The exercises are very helpful. They really work. The visuals give engaging interest so you don't get bored. I'll keep using this.
