Sadapay app detects modification on brand new, never-modified iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 26.5
I am writing to report a technical issue regarding jailbreak detection on my new device. I recently upgraded from a jailbroken iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 15.5) to a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 26.5. My new device has never been jailbroken or modified. However, after restoring my encrypted backup via iTunes, SadaPay refuses to run, stating that the app is "only supported on unmodified versions of iOS." I have noted the following details: - On a completely clean setup without a backup restore, SadaPay works perfectly on new iPhone. - Other sensitive banking applications, such as HBL and Easypaisa, are working correctly on the new device after the restore. It appears the app's detection logic may be flagging inert, leftover files from my previous device's backup. As everyone's backup is very important and everything is working except the Sadapay app. I kindly request that your team considers refining the detection logic to check for active jailbreak processes rather than legacy files to avoid these false positives. I am the absolute biggest fan of sadapay genuinely got 35 people registered in under a week but they've really stopped innovating. The app Is super buggy after the update being used to being perfect it's really sad.

Useless account and pathetic customer service
I open an account provided all the required details. Waited for five days to. Complete verification and my account was open. It has zero limit. When I contacted customer support, they wasted my two days. With zero results. I DO NOT recommend. So I closed account.
Simple and easy wallet
A great app especially for Pakistan, i am using it to make my payments internationally and it is working super smooth. The customer support is great as well! The only thing i had a problem with is the biometric verification, the app makes you take the camera so near to the fingers that it blurs them and so the verification did not pass. I had to use another phone with different camera specs to get this done and then i found out that the verification can’t be done outside of Pakistan. All the efforts lost :( But other than that the app and the service is great!
Dark Icon Missing
Guys, please, add dark mode icon. SadaPay stands out too much and not in a good way, makes me want to remove it from my Home Screen which leads to me using the app less. Want people to use it more? Add dark mode so it looks good on Home Screen and accessible

I’ve been using sadapay as my main payment method for 2 years now with zero problems and great service on time, international payments done right not gonna lie better then most traditional banks great support team too. All and all so far the best virtual banking experience. ✨

03 Year Review
After almost three years of using Sadapay. I can easily say that it’s one of the closest things to PayPal and other finance companies out there. The transactions work super fast. The customer care is phenomenal. The interface is user friendly. They update you about any maintenances beforehand. Quite recently, I tried using Sadapay card in USA. The machine tap works perfectly. Online purchases for Apps in the States. In restaurants and malls. The card works without any interruption. Would definitely definitively definitely recommend using it!
(Scam) sadapay
I had money in my account that suddenly disappeared, and it is not showing in the transaction history. To check, I sent more money, but some amount was deducted again. The history only shows that the money was received but does not explain why or where the deducted amount went. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this app until this issue is properly fixed and made transparent.
