Very easy to use, convenient, and efficient.
Island on iphone
This app doesn’t need to be permanently on the iPhone’s island. I have to delete and reinstall this app because of that issue. Please fix it
Auto Quit bug
Please fix the issue with rescheduled deliveries. When a delivery is missed or costco refuse it at check IN and rescheduled for the next day, the app automatically logs out because it still treats the delivery as completed. This prevents us from receiving important dock notifications and make driver login app again and again to see notifications.Please fix this bug.

App is good but if i click on bell icon notification process not working properly

Notifications
The app has a serious notification issue. Notifications only appear inside the app, and you have to manually open the notifications menu to see them. There are no sound alerts, push notifications, or any visual indication that a new message has arrived. I spent over an hour waiting for an update, assuming I would be notified, but eventually a warehouse employee came to find me because I had missed the message in the app. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a long-standing problem that still has not been fixed. For an app used for check-ins and deliveries, reliable notifications are essential.

Driver’s Perspective with Dev suggestions.
1. Throws out a bunch of inaccurate notifications saying “Driver force quit the app”. I didn’t. Maybe the developer should look into actions and/or transactions the app is executing that iOS does not like and it forces the app to quit. 2. Does not allow updates to status like “loaded” based on GPS location. If a driver has forgotten to update the status at the location, he/she should be allowed to update at a later time so that information can be relayed to the app’s customers (brokers)

Driver’s perspective
App has major issues from a driver‘s perspective. It force quits on us repeatedly. I can honestly open the app, login, and within 5 minutes it will close me out again. It says I forced quit the app repeatedly. Having to login every five minutes just to check my notifications is horrible!!! You cannot do anything else on your phone (take a call, check a text msg, etc). It will force you out and you’ll have to login again. Developer needs to use this app from a driver’s perspective to understand how awful it really is.

The app is great, but the notification is inaudible. Please develop a way to make the notification louder. Thank you! Because the driver might not hear it or might doze off while waiting for the door.

The entire point of the pager system at Costco is to let you know when to go to a door. If you’re using the app, you don’t get a pager. You literally have to sit there and look at your phone for hours until a little notification pops up when it’s time to go. No ringer, no buzzing, no real alert. Just a pop up. And if you were tired the night before, and dozed off while waiting an hour for a door? They will take that door and give it to next driver with a pager. That’s my experience at least. I’ve delivered to Costco countless times, all with using their pager, never had an issue, even if I fell asleep, you can hear that buzzer go off immediately. Refusing to use this from now on.

Pager from Costco is the best.
So much messages from developers, Costco doesn’t know you are in dock or not. Better to get pager for quick unloading. Now I’m 30min in dock no red light. iPhone glitch with this app screen locked by app. One star is too much.
