Why did you make this app only for phone and laptop users? Why can’t I find it in the App Store on common TVs like LG or Vizio? That doesn’t make sense. I even tried mirroring it from my phone once, and that didn’t work either. That was really disappointing. I honestly think this is one of the very few Bangladeshi platforms with some good content, but the platform still feels like it’s at a beginner level. Please level up. Build app versions for different TV types and improve or add proper screen mirroring support. These are basic features. Come on.
I can count my hair but not bugs in Chorki
I tried at least 20 times, used different internet connections but still couldn’t watch a movie completely which i started. Every time i went back and resumed it started from the beginning or from 20 minutes but i left at 40, however, when i skipped to 40 the screen got frozen in the same screen but audio plays. Very poor experience. Wasted my money

Cleared all the notifications but still badge is showing with numbers.
Slow or does not work
Your app stops working abruptly and it takes longggg time to get back in function! Please look at it. People subscribe for the same amount as Netflix even higher. Look at how smooth Netflix is! I am not comparing with Netflix but price wise, you are expensive than Netflix with super limited items and tech issue! It’s a competitive market. So,……
Slow on playback
The phone app is okay. But the tv app is too slow. Even internet speed was 310mbps but couldn’t play a movie. Paid 9 euro to subscribe. Waste of money.

I’m surprised it doesn’t have the Apple TV version. Please make it compatible with Apple TV as well.
Needs improvement
Their contents are good but to manage subscription, customers have to go through way too much trouble. Subscribe and cancel should be an option in their app instead of having to send email every single time. The live chat also is not too helpful its just there for display!
Options to add/ bugs to fix
1) Can’t screen mirror from iPhone to LG smart TVs 2) Don’t have options to cast from Chorki directly 3) Was unable to download the app in LG and TCL smart TVs
Content video quality
Even on YouTube we can watch content on 4k but on Chorki highest resolution is 1080p. Should content release on 4k even it’s an premium option.

This app is quite like “Hoichoi” app. It has some selected collections of Kolkata Bengali/ Bangladeshi movies similar to “Hoichoi”, except it has no “apple TV version” app, nor does it have seamless live streaming function like “Hochoi” does have. I had to download every movie from this app in order to watch that in my apple device just to stream that seamlessly and then mirror that movie to my apple TV from my iPhone, which is absolutely annoying. Given these drawbacks, the app is half the price of “Hoichoi” app, which at the end of the day, seems to be a fair deal.
No options to stop auto renewal
Good contents but very dodgy for not having the option in the app to stop auto renewal or subscription, for the overseas subscribers. You have to go through customer service to stop auto renewal through calls/emails. Very inconvenient and this should be changed IMMEDIATELY.
Minimal option to watch show and cancel subscription
The app is quite poor. No options to see what you have watched and if you watch a show partly and want to resume later, you need to find the show, and manually scroll to right position. If you don’t remember, then you cannot watch it again easily. Also, the auto renewal option is poor. It will renew automatically even if you have not asked for it.

Working great outside of BD
Purchased chorki from Canada to watch some shows. The application is working great on my iPhone, I haven’t experienced any issue. Some people complained about loading but for me everything is loading fast like Netflix and I haven’t encountered any buffering.

Need this apps in Apple Tv
These apps work well on iPhones. But this app is not available on Apple Tv to watch on the big screen. Other OTT platform like Hoichoi is available on Apple TV. The developer should make it available to apple tv (a media streaming device from Apple) to watch on the big screen.

Using the app from India. While I subscribed due to content but I am unable to log in from other browser snd contacted support. Support could not solve it and made the contact us section unavailable! Wow!!

Constant buffering makes Chorki unusable
Chorki is frustrating to use because of nonstop buffering. Even when the video quality is set to the lowest option, the stream keeps pausing every few seconds. This isn’t a network issue on my end — other streaming apps work fine on the same connection. What’s the point of offering low-quality settings if the platform still can’t play smoothly? It completely ruins the viewing experience and makes the app unreliable. Until Chorki fixes its buffering and streaming stability, it’s not worth using.
Poor video quality
Just leaving two starts for good contents. However, despite of having very high internet connection this is the only app which gives me a very bad video quality neither happy with the procedure of contacting customer support via email and not getting anything fixed . Not worth buying the premium service at all. Waste of money and waste of time 👎

Cant stop auto renewal payment. Once you added the payment method they will deduct your money without permission or notice. If you want to stop the auto renewal, they said something wrong and can't stop the auto renewal process. Worst app and cheating app
Scam Alert!!!
There’s no option to end or cancel subscription. They keep taking out money from account. There’s even no option to change or remove payment methods. Scamming in broad daylight.
