Problem
The drivers aren’t doing their work, ever since I downloaded the app, there haven’t been a single driver ready to pickup always no available drivers, like how, how is it even possible
Hot phone
The app rins smothly and i love the pricing. But the app makes the phone really hot in a very short time. I think because of the embedded interactive looks that keep running on the background. I think something needs to be done.
No rides available
Every time I want to order a ride , it keeps telling me there are no rides available, not one not twice every single day so please check that
Appreciate
Big congratulations to our SM boss for doing this one. #God is here
Shaxi
Why Shaxi is not in Knust campus
No cars
Ever since I downloaded Shaxi, never have I requested a ride and gotten a car. Cars are always unavailable even in areas I would expect to get cars. I am all for growing our own business but if cars are always unavailable, it would make things difficult because the other competitors are really draining us. It would be great if there are more fleet of cars
Price doesn’t show
I had tried booking a ride, but the price was not properly displayed. It only showed a part of the digits and since I wasn’t sure about what particular price the ride was, I had to cancel it. Kindly do something about the display. Thanks.
