Discrepancy display of rollover data between app and sms 1218 (2).
There is a difference shown between the rollover data by using app and sms. Which is correct?
An not log in the App
Can not log in SIMBA App. Tried a few times. Kept showing OTP can not be sent.
Top up methods
Please improve your payment process. Apple Pay need browser, Grab pay can’t use QR code on the same phone, credit card details can’t be saved. Topping up is a hassle.
Best Telco In Singapore
The best and affordable telco in Singapore. They have overseas data roaming included, even in their cheapest package. If unused, it will be brought forward for up to 6 cycles. Hassle-free, automatic, and it saves me during my overseas trip to Europe. Thank you SIMBA!
Garbage
Useless - says unable to send OTP - check number… sort it out SIMBA
Unable to check usage overseas.
Currently in NZ and am not able to log in via app to check usage details. Please fix this ASAP.
Face or Touch ID to login to apps
After first time login, apps do not have ability to allow auto login in future using face or Touch ID. This is pretty inconvenient as it is not always possible to get OTP especially when in overseas as it is dependent on network.

After one year of using simba especially overseas, im very satisfied with the quality and coverage while using overseas. Highly recommended 😀

i tried to log in i put my number for otp but it says number not correct , but i put my number correct,

App Down; SIMBA Line Can’t Receive OTP
Despite being a loyal customer for a considerable amount of time, I'm encountering issues with receiving OTPs on my SIMBA line, according to the app. Its overall functionality is extremely disappointing.

App not working for quote long time… showing issue in sending OTP. Reinstall app not able to solve the issue.
Can’t login their app
I subscribed to a data only plan and I can’t login their app or website, my credentials are not recognized anywhere so ai can’t even top up my account. The 5G connection works fine but the whole UX to manage the account feels a bit archaic
Cannot send OTP
It was usable but recently keep having the unable to send OTP error and prevented me from logging in to top up amount. Can someone look into this?

Cannot see invoice and bill status poor signal in Japan connecting to au signal in Inzai area.
Connectivity issues
Terrible connection in many areas in Singapore! I think they have way too many subscribers and insufficient bandwidth. Cannot connect AT ALL in train tunnels unless near stations. Many dead areas above ground too. Really disappointed.
