Fantastic full body workout
Excellent way to work out. The workouts are set for you so you just need to get up and hit play. Give your tremendous full body workout, focusing on core strength, hip mobility in overall balance and stability. The kind of strength and mobility that every human needs as they grow older. This would help any of the patients in my practice.
Fails before it starts
Can’t get past the assessment screen. Just circles.
Bullet proof shoulders
In the video it appears she is using two bands, and the equipment set up is not clear—please elaborate if i need to purchase another set of med and light bands for the exercises
Decent workouts but way too much talking
The workouts are fine. I like the rotation and flexibility training. But, and this is a big but, I don't care about the why. The why is implicit, it is golf specific training. I spend over half the time fast forwarding past the oral dissertation to get to the workout.
Needs better workout filters
Categorize workouts. One example is a pre-round warm up. The content is good but put some work into the UI.
Amazing Product, Service
This system is absolutely amazing! I am recovering from a broken ankle and the balance, stability, strength and rotational power I am gaining from these workouts is incredible! The coaches are thorough in their explanations and the workouts are fun, intense and geared toward the goal of playing golf forever. Total game changer!!
Does not load videos of cellular data
Only WiFi works and support team is unhelpful
Terrible Videos
The tool itself seems quite good - but the instructional videos are awful. Almost impossible to imitate and very complex. With the filming angles it's impossible to do the exercises correctly. I wouldn't recommend over standard gym equipment and a golf PT.
Apps Issues
The excercise programs are really great. but the apps most of the time having trouble loading the video. And the other issue is after soing the excercise, sometimes it doesn’t record properly in our records. few times i did my daily excercise but not recorded in the log. Really need to fix and upgrade the apps !!
Best thing for my game
How can you make a swing change if your body is not able to do it? You are free to swing anywhere you want by doing this program. And you will learn a lot about improving your golf swing while doing it.
App videos just spin
WARNING: product purchase does not come with any instructions. As soon as you open, it tells you to download an app. App says for setup and instructions you need to signup for a 14-day trial which turns into $30/month. Once you sign up, videos do not play on the app. If you want to see the videos you need a computer. Nothing on the packaging hinted that a subscription was needed in addition to the $200 price tag
Instructions to fast
Great app and really good workouts/mobility/etc for golf. Some of the instructors rush right into the workout though without really explaining or demonstrating the movement. Need to explain the movement, demonstrate a couple times THEN start the rep count.
Very disappointing
Maybe this is fine for someone with poor fitness, it does little to nothing but waste a lot of time if you are on the back nine workouts. There is no pattern or progression, feels like a bunch of random workouts you find on YouTube. Complete waste, overly complicated garbage. Stay away.
No Apple TV App why?
The works well but when working out it’s a pain using a phone or iPad to watch the workouts why would you spend all this time developing a product like the without a easy way to view on a tv. Like Apple TV or other smart TV Apps?
Handicap dropper
I have been on GF for 1 year, 16 down to 9. I feel better in every thing I do. And to quote a common commercial “ she will like it to”
Doesn’t work
Terrible app that doesn’t work. No programs. Unfinished error message. Support can’t be contacted through app and when contacted don’t reply. Tried to delete my data and that doesn’t even work as the error box doesn’t fit the screen. Unbelievable really. Just avoid!
Needs Some Refining
It’s a great workout for golf no doubt. Holman’s a bit much and the workouts don’t seem like a developed program specific to my needs. It’s all over the place but at the very beginning when I filled out the assessment it started off spot on to my pain points and now it’s just way off.
App NEEDS improvement
The app content is great, BUT the negotiation within the app needs some serious improvement. The entire apps needs to follow IOS rotation to horizontal mode so the iphone / ipad doesn’t need to continually be flipped back and forth for a lesson/workout. Looking back at previous lessons/workouts and repeating them doesn’t seem to work. Finding and repeating “Favorites” also seems to be an issue. I’ve only been using the app a few days, but the horizontal issue is a BIG problem. When trying to using the X to get to horizontal it flips the screen totally upside down - VERY FRUSTRATING.
Loved this app. Really feel a difference in my game
I love this app it’s pricey but really good things they teach you. Really appreciate Pete Holman and BILL Fabrocini always excited to train with them. Definitely recommend watching their videos. I love how it’s golf focused so I can workout and actually work on my swing without being on the course. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
Decent
Not terrible. I like the workouts. But an app this expensive should integrate with apple health.
Enjoy your workouts!
so happy to have the Golf Forever Trainers working out along with us and talking us through each workout. Makes us stay the cause and stay engaged.
EXPENSIVE
I think it’s a great product but the cost of the equipment and the membership is all overpriced. Unfortunately there’s no other alternative products like this yet. Hopefully some competition comes to lower the pricing.
Making a meaningful difference in my golf exercises and stretching and strengthening
I’m in the third year year of this program, and the various exercises and instructors bring a unique look and feel to exercises that you’d think are just simple small movements, BUT, the make all the difference in the world. After the first year , I was in the top 3% of all users, the second year, I dropped to top 9%, my goal is to be in the top 1% for 2026. BTW, it’s the woman instructors that kick my butt. I tell others about the program and that’s the best endorsement you can get. Keep bringing it.
Common Sense
This program is very common sense which usually isn’t a strong attribute for golfers
I love the variety of both the workouts and the coaches. It’s exciting just to see who’s gonna show
I really enjoy this app. I like the way they take you through all the exercises and that there are a variety of different coaches and routines to keep me engaged. There are no downsides.
Excellent workouts
I would give this app and the program 5 stars except for one thing. It would be nice at the beginning of each workout to list the equipment we will be using and how to set them up. Some videos do, but for some I am scrambling to pause the video and set up equipment. I love the workouts and can’t wait to see how it affects my swing this summer.
Great Helped a lot
Helped my golf game a bunch. Helps with stronger, faster and more flexible swing. Just doing it everyday for a week I felt better.
Life changing
GOLFFOREVER is the best fitness app by a mile, and my favorite app! GF gives this old man better and pain-free golf. No need for gym membership or physical therapy, Golf Forever has safer more effective ways to build strength, prevent injuries and rehab. Awesome instructors, seemingly endless amount of different routines.
