!! DON’T USE THIS APP IF YOU STAY ABROAD !! I can’t use the app and access my money for weeks. I always get this bug from them and no one is solving yet - reached out to their email twice and never got a response. I heard from other users that this is an ongoing issue for people overseas.
Gives high interest, but
Tonik gives one of the highest interest to its customers, but it is also one of the few remaining banks that charges transfer fees when you want to send your money out.
Stop sms login updates
Seriously SHUT THE HELL UP. Make a setting to toggle disable sms notification for every little login that I do even when it's a known device Ive been logging in to for a long time. Also, make the extend the log out timeout for f sake, I switch apps for 1 minute and tonik already LOGS ME OUT. Also whoever chose to force me to do a new password, but not let me copy anything onto the text field needs to get inconvenienced the worst way same as what im experiencing right now. I wish I can swear at yall in this review.

App crashes when changing mobile number
Still not fixed in the latest release v6.1.3. So disappointing. The bank should fix this asap instead of asking its customers to have their mobile number changed in the chat. Why even put this feature if it doesn’t work properly? This undermines the integrity of the app and the bank itself. Very disappointed for such a simple feature that doesn’t work. And the bank doesn’t seem to care to fix this issue.
Free Transfer
Would gave perfect 5 ⭐️ if there's free transfer or even cash back, but still happy for the 4% stable interest rate, hope you can consider at least giving 10 transfer in a month that will be useful for your clients for sure.🤞🙏

I love how this Tonik helped us during the time that we're in need. So quick in disbursing money without any hassle at all. We've been paying it for 5 months already. But just recently when we are ask to update the app that we can't open it anymore even when we reinstall it many times. How will we pay our monthly due?

Orwellian garbage
This thing invades your privacy worse than a Chinese app. From the second you open it it starts filming you. What the?! Privacy statement is scary. It requires complete access to your phone. They'll tell you it's to keep you safe. Don't believe them. Also, you must be a Filipino to use this which they don't mention until AFTER they harvest your data, access your photos and contacts etc.

The recent versions make the app close everytime I try to login. The latest one just automatically closes when I try to update my password. 🥲 please fix this~

App still crashes
The app itself is very friendly, like youre talking to a person while creating an account. But after everything, after you submit your selfie, id, information and signature, the app crashed and when I reopened, all gone. You need to start all over. 🤦🏻♀️
