Exactly what I needed!
It’s hard to maintain my fitness regimen while always on the road. Finding intense boxing classes that AREN’T only at 6am or 6pm or only on weekends is a real challenge too. BEYOND happy to have found this place, many trainings through the day, everyday, they are welcoming, happy, a really nice team and I got served w a really intense & great class. I am going to be there everyday when in Tulsa! 💥🥊
