What people like
- Completely free with no subscriptions
- Lets you design custom icons
- Easy to use after learning
What they complain about
- Icon library search is broken
- Uses shortcuts instead of real icons
- Forces you to pay for features
Perfect
Quick open and to the point
Broken
This app doesn’t work but the maker keeps charging for it. It should be removed. There are no images to search for. That function is broken.
Update
Im sure this is great! But the totoral isn’t matching my shortcuts, can you update it so it can match apples most recent update, that would be greatly appreciated!
Too awkward
Horrible to use
Colors
I loved the free version of this app, but hated the fact that the color choices were minimal at best. There is a color slider, but impossible to get the right color because there are no options to enter color codes, and you can spend a lifetime sliding the color bar and never get the color you want, let alone duplicate it again. I can’t see how you can switch to subscription only with that huge flaw in the design. Please fix it so l have the motivation to pay for a subscription. Thanks!
YES YES YES
I have been looking for an app that can customize my home screen, and most you have to buy, but not this one. This one is free and easy to use and even has a tutorial step-by-step on how to do. It was a little confused at first because I had never used this app or anything like it, but I got the hang of it in like 15 minutes now it does take a long time to change all your apps widgets and backgrounds, but that’s not the apps fault. I would definitely recommend this app if you were looking for something easy and free to use. I am very satisfied with the results. You also have to download another Shortcuts app, which is easy to use. Also overall my experience was amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Ehh
I didn’t get any part of what to do and it wouldn’t let me save my icon if someone could help that would be great also I thought it would give me options or photos for my apps but I guess I have to do it myself!!!😡 someone please tell me I don’t have to subscribe to the app I don’t want to make in app purchases if I were u I wouldn’t buy this app
Library for the icon itself stopped :(
I absolutely LOVE this app and I can’t find anything like it, but, unfortunately, the library where you upload and icon of your choice stopped. It was one of my favorite features. Please please please get this fixed as soon as you can. I want to change the theme of my phone screen and the icons don’t match right now lol :/
Not great
When trying to change the way your screen looks, you mostly use Shortcuts. You don’t even really use the app if you want custom changes. Also, every time you open an app that you’ve changed, a little notification pops up saying that it worked or something. Really annoying. And when I tried to change that, something messed up and whenever I opened a app I changed, it just brought me to shortcuts.
Good but confusing
I downloaded it and got really confused and deleted it but 5 minutes later I re downloaded it seeing again and started getting the hang of it and now I use it!
ONLY 5 SO PEOPLE CAN SEE
IT WORKS PERFECTLY ONCE THEN DOESNT WORK AGAIN
LAME ITS NOT FREE ANYMORE...
the new update ruined the app.. it used to be free.. now you have to pay to use the features that were free before the new update.. USE THE APP ICON MAKER AND CUSTOM THEME APP INSTEAD
Wonderful app but an issue came up!
This is seriously the best app I’ve ever used for making app icons. I don’t use the function that automatically adds the icon, I just do the shortcut manually but this is seriously so awesome for doing your own aesthetic phone screen! People complaining it adds a shortcut instead of actually changing the icon dont understand that no app can do that on iOS. this app allows you to design icons for the shortcuts and it’s super convenient but for some reason (just like another reviewer said) the icons that you use from the app won’t show up anymore when searching for them. It just says “nothing to show” which is tragic because this app was sooooo useful for me before this function randomly stopped working. I hope it gets fixed because it wasn’t happening to me at the beginning. Thanks to the devs for how helpful it was for me anyways because it saved me so much time.
Stopped working
I absolutely loved this app. It was completely free and let me do everything I wanted to do. But it stopped working right. I can’t search for icons from the library anymore. It just says no icons found. This is super frustrating. I guess I’m gonna have to find another app.
Library doesn’t work
I would love to use this app, but the icon library does not work and just says “nothing to show” when I try to search. Is there any way to fix this?
???
I used this app a year ago and loved it. I just recently redownloaded it and it doesn’t seem to work. When I go to look up icons it keeps telling me nothing is found? Is there something wrong with the app?
needed to pay to actually set icons
the entire purpose of the app is locked behind a paywall. no thank you.
Hard to use
this app is good because you can design the icons and possibilities are endless, but it is not easy to use. when i click “install icon” it sends me to safari but it says the page couldn’t be loaded (it’s not bad connection), so i clicked the can’t find the app button and it sent me to shortcuts and i don’t know how to add an app icon by shortcuts. the design space isn’t easy either. some things you can’t use until you add something else, this is very inefficient. please make the app easier to use!
Great but please fix this glitch
I love the app but it is glitching because whenever I go to the icon library all the pops up is sorry we couldn’t find it no matter what I search
Having an issue
So just got this app for icon customization but i literally do not know how to use the app without the library feature and sadly it does not work.. it pops up with "Nothing to show" when i search, overall a good app just hope they will see this and fix the issue.
Amazing!!!
I’ve been looking for an app exactly like this for so long!!!! It’s like a dream came true!!! I literally thought this was to good to be true but omg I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!

Love it but having an issue lately
This is easily the best app for making your own custom icons. Everyone complaining that it doesn’t change the app and about the shortcut feature in general is barking up the wrong tree. This app is doing what it can in the limitations of the iOS system… be mad at Apple, not this app. One problem I have been having though is that when I search for icons in the Library feature, nothing comes up. I can search something as simple as “Phone” and I will get a message that says “Sorry, nothing to show.” Meanwhile the Library search function works just fine when looking for app backgrounds and will pull up tons of options. Hope this gets fixed soon
wont add icons anymore
i loved the app before but recently it will let me add a background picture but when i go to search for any icon it says nothing to show. please fix this
Icon library empty
I used this app just a few months ago and everything was fine ! But today I open the app to customise icons again and the library is completely empty :( it’s a shame because this app was so useful. Please fix
Amy app !!
Live this app
Hot garbage
I wish i could rate 0 stars
it's good but i think i broke it
this app is amazing but after using it for a day i come back the next day and i try and search an image but it refuses to show me any images to choose from. does anyone know how to fix that?
Needs Improvement :(
I downloaded this app and I try to insert a picture and some of them either takes an extremely long time to load or doesn’t load at all. Also like some reviews said, I can’t insert an icon. When I look up apps like “Photos” and “Instagram” it’s says sorry nothing found. How doesn’t it understand Instagram? This app has great potential but is useless because of these issues, unless you just want a picture.
Slitghly Annoying
Overall, I find this app extremely helpful, you can use colors, photos and orher things for a background of the app and then choose an icon from the library, which is what I have trouble with. Sometime when I type something in the libary ive used before, it will say there's is nothing to show.
Amazing
I experienced no ads, no subscription , and everything worked perfectly. 10/10
Bad
When I found a app design I liked it told me to add to home screen on the pop up and it was not there please fix this. Im getting a different app.
Good but…
I like it but… what is that little icon message that briefly drops down at the top of the app and how do I make it go away? If I can figure out how to make it go away I will use this to create all my icons. It is easy enough to use when one follows the tutorial.
errors
a really nice free app, but not only does it do the weird thing custom icons do and open a blank page, it sometimes won’t work without shortcuts or can’t open the app at all. ): otherwise, would have been amazing!
Not What I Anticipated
So there are definitely some good parts to this app. For example, you can pick the icon you want to use yourself. However, it doesn’t actually change the icon of the app, it instead downloads a shortcut to the app. I wish that it could change the actual app icon, but I am still happy that it doesn’t require any fees or subscriptions like so many other apps do.
Feature request
Love love this app however I have on request, allow us to hand type our own hex colors.
horrible app.
made me pay to download it.
Well…
This app was working great until I tried using it recently, and the icon library no longer works… no matter what I search for, it says nothing to show.
Snapchat bug
There is a glitch that makes Snapchat send an error message to “try again later” anytime you try to enter the app through the shortcut/once it has an icon. PLS FIX!
Icons?
Where are the icons, All of my search’s say that there is nothing there?
AMAZING
This app helped my aesthetic dream and best of all you can draw your icon then put it in the app!
opens safari
i cannot make icons at all, trying to just opens safari and it is very annoying
What happened?
This was a great app but now it just says there’s no library content?? If this has now gone then I shall be deleting the app I’m afraid.
???
It’s cool I guess but it has only the original apps like YouTube and stuff it doesn’t have MY games like Minecraft or Roblox
Perfection!
Now that the library images are working again, (Thank you!) I love this app!!!
Five minutes in and I deleted it
The app seems to be cool and would be assuming it actually worked right off the bat I open the app and it wants me to rate it which is usually a tell tail sign of a bad app then I go to make an icon and there are no labels I had to figure the app out with trial and error, once I finally figured out how to semi work the app and I find you can’t add custom colors to match your current home screen but thats just a nice feature that is usually just common found in apps these days, forgetting about all that you cant even add an icon that identifies the app when you make an icon because all it shows when you try is, “Sorry nothing to show.” So would be cool but this was just executed terribly. Could be fixed but for now I’m deleting it and finding a new app.
N entendi
Como isso funciona??
