Unable to Pay - Internal Server Error
After adding to cart, I tried to pay but the page remained at payment…… Internal Server Error. So I am unable to pay. Please resolve.

Useful app
Useful app for discounted food but it always crashes so lots of patience needed.
Good app but …
Ever since the app is updated with the map on the background, the app has been wonky and not very user friendly! Not everyone needs a map! We just want the stores. With the app and features/functionalities defaulting to map is just nonsense (ie favorites, near me). Pls undo this!

Made order and received confirmation from store. My order was then cancelled in 11mins. Yindii only gave credit to my account without making a refund. And the WhatsApp number is fake, it’s shown “the number isn’t on WhatsApp”. Scam :(

Great app to discover new places
Ive been using Yindii for a while now and it’s awesome. You can snap great deals while doing something good for the planet. I love to try out new places near home or work,I’m always happily surprised by the surprise bags ❤️
Cancel order last min to max profit
Firestone bakery cancel order last min to max profit. Took a bus there, then boss told me sell too well and refund me. Make me run around. No other shops practice this unethical way. If everyone do this in, Yindii will create a bad name for themselves.
Never get the verification code code, but CS team fixed it
Update: the CS do a great job and solve this problem quickly after this review Tried thousand times to verify my phone number but failed, then it’s not possible to buy anything through the app
Having fake shop
I brought a set from a shop which is in an industrial building. I thought it should be a food production factory. Anyways, I made an order. However, when I arrive the address it shows, I cannot find the building. The address is wrong!!! At the same time, I found my ordered was changed to “completed”. I paid my money and get nothing. I tried to contact the app manager through WhatsApp which was shown in FAQ. But in vain. They are not even online to receive the message. My message is keeping a single tick which made me quite disappointed.

Like many of the food apps, it’s a great idea but there needs to be an ambassadorial incentive in place, to raise the participation.

Been using Yindii for months and love how every individual can help the Earth abit more. But just a quick thought, maybe it would be nice to retain the old view of individual reviews and add on the new AI summary instead of removing it completely. As shopper, higher transparency would make decision easier and faster, especially for shops that have more than one product listing.

The app just keep hanging. After clicking on it, the video just keep playing and won’t move to the transaction page

Links don’t work
1) I can’t share my referral code - sharing link is not clickable. 2) I can’t click on the sharing link on specific deals that I wish to share with my friends. 3) There is no alert to tell me when someone uses my referral code. I see an increase in my credits but there is no button or alerts anywhere to tell me that the code was used. Other than the above, my first experience was great!
