Aplikasi D Pro IB ini belum sepenuhnya mengakomodir kebutuhan nasabah seperti buka Deposito, beli Produk Investasi, dll ini murni syariah tabungan wadiah. Jika mau deposito harus datang ke cabang. Semoga ke depannya jadi total solusi sy menunggu aplikais penuh berbasis suariah ini, termasuk berharap ada Tabungan digital emas nantinya. Kelebihannya tabungan ini 12 currency bisa nabung valas, jual beli valas, tarik tunai di ATM bank lain, transfer dll semua gratis tanpa biaya apapun.

App baru rusak
Several things in new app broken. They used to work in the old app. Cannot delete a favorite payee. Cannot find how to do it time deposit. Cannot pay to a non-Indonesian Gopay account. All of these items were easy in the old app.
Needs fixing asap
The re authentication doesn’t work with Apple phones. The 5 digit number cannot be entered.

Susah registrasi
Sebelumnya saya pakai D-Bank biasa sekarang dialihkan ke D-Bank Pro, ketika saya mau meregistrasi saya mengalami kesulitan karena baik kartu debit/atm maupun kartu kredit saya semuanya sudah expired dikarenakan saya tinggal di luar negeri jadi saya tidak bisa mengganti kartu atm dan kartu mredit saya yang baru. Sedangkan untuk mendaftar D-Bank Pro dibutuhkan kartu atm dan Kartu kredit yang masih berlaku. Kenapa tidak ditambah bisa pakai nomor rekening tabungan untuk dapat meregistrasi? Tolong dipertimbangkan. Kalau bank sebelah pakai token kok kayaknya bisa pakai seumur hidup tanpa perlu diperbaharui sesuai dengan umur kartu debit atau kredit. Terimakasih.
