Liars and Worst customer service
Order for more than 2 hours and the chat operator along with the katch delivery service the liars and frauds. Dont have delivery drivers and than after 2 hours and 20mins tell that the restaurant will deliver the order which was also a lie because when i spoke to the restaurant they said that they have been waiting for the katch to send the rider from last 1 hour and they are not responding to them. So the katch does not care for the restaurants in there list as well the customer who use their application. *deleting the app now*
Delivery Address issue
Not able to modify the existing or add new delivery address.

Worst customer service
I have placed an order at 7:45 after 45 minutes you calling me and telling me that few items are not available, again i placed and new order and its almost 10 i am still waiting for my order , better i should cancel this order and raise a complaint on your shop. This is how you treat your customer ? I am waiting from past 2 hours for my order. KATCH bot customer service reply after like 5-10 minutes, not at all satisfied with the customer service and app gets hanged in between. I don’t even want to rate 1 star but they are forcing to rate.

I’ve waited for my order for more than hour and no one informed me that it’s cancelled. There app showing it’s preparing but its cancelled. How come you let the your customers waited for their foods and no delivery is coming? This app the only one I find most Asian foods. But unfortunately it’s not I what I thought. Best of luck!

Worst food delivery app
Here's a rephrased version of your review: I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Katch app for food delivery. The customer service is subpar, and representatives often argue with customers even when they're in the wrong. Delivery times are excessively long, often taking over 2 hours, and when I've complained, they've simply pointed to the app's estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 170 minutes. This is unacceptable. I've experienced these issues multiple times, with this being the third instance of delayed delivery. I believe the app should be removed from the app store until the company improves its customer service and delivery times. At the very least, they should hire a competent customer service team to address these issues and work towards providing a better experience for users.

We have to wait 30 minutes to chat with the agent and then it will take another 20 minutes each to get reply from their end 😡😡😡😡

Ordered food yesterday. My views 1. App design is decent 2. It took more than a minute for my order to get confirmed. I Wish it was faster. 3. Food came in time. 4. Had an request with the food after I ordered and the customer care guy helped promptly. One suggestion, Please keep the customer care chat within the app. Overall, 5stars for the customer support. The guy was nice and supportive. 👍
Poor customer service
Order food and delivery after 2 hours. Reported to customer service but still they cant find a driver or solve the issues. This happened many times not a single time this was solved or compensated by the company.

Worst customer service, no proper update for ETA, time increases automatically, no proper driver allocation, customer support doesn’t answer soon. Food arrives cold. Most of the time orders delivered without being delivered.
