Not as good as the old app
New app does not let you save card to card transfers as template. This is how I fund my kids every month so it’s a major pain to have to store their card numbers somewhere else on my phone

Incredible unprofessional banking app
This app never works properly. My card is somehow some reason deactivate. In application, it asks me to activate card, after latest update when I type my code i receive in SMS. It just hangs and closes. Before that it was not accepting my ID’s rear side. Imagine I’m abroad with deactivated card.

Самое отвратительное и неудобное приложение из всех банков. Нет даже элементарных вещей, таких как связь с оператором. Дозвониться до оператора не возможно в принципе. Просто отвратительно.

Самый конченный банк. Делают что им хочется. Блокируют вам карту, не сообщив владельцу. Ограничивают функции перевода с карты на другую карту. Особых функций не имеется в приложении. Если бы у этого банка был лозунг, он бы звучал так «назад к примитивности». Дно просто. Никому не советую открывать тут счет. А к операторам, вовсе, невозможно дозвониться. А если повезет и через час ответят и не повесят трубку вам в лицо, просто попросят подойти в филиал. На кой черт тогда говорить, что все стало цифровым, не понимаю.

Банк ужасный , филиалов нет почти, проценты за переводы высокие, банкоматов днем с огнем не сыскать… Чат с оператором отсутствует, звонок очень дорогой к оператором, 4 раза звонила…на 7 манат наговорила, проблему так и не решили… Карту заблокировали без уведомления об этом…деньги снять не получается…ужас…
