Bug renders the app useless
The latest update now made all the screens in the app completely white and blank. I can only see the tabs at the bottom but no content. Deleting and reinstalling the app did not fix it.

Zum Investieren ok, aber auf keinen Fall ein Säule 3a-Konto
Ich habe mit Selma grundsätzlich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Sie kommen sympathisch rüber und meine Investitionen haben sich schön vermehrt. Mit dem Säule 3a-Konto von Selma machte ich in den letzten Wochen aber sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Ich machte einen Vorbezug für Wohneigentum, und die Bearbeitung meines Anliegens von Selmas Partner VZ VermögenZentrum war haarsträubend. Viel zu lang, unsorgfältig, unvollständig und viel aufwändiger als andere Säule 3a-Anbieter. Das ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Application perfectible pour rafraîchir facilement les informations sous Portefeuille
Application sympa mais depuis quelques mois, il n’est plus possible de rafraîchir (mettre à jour) les informations de la partie Portefeuille en “tirant” vers le bas. Il n’y a pas d’autre choix que de se déconnecter et se reconnecter au compte, ce qui n’est pas très pratique.
Missing features
Really happy to finally have an app but unfortunately you can’t see half of the things that are available on the web. I miss the historical chart the most which is the only feature that really gives me an overview on how my investments are going. Looking forward to version 2!

Alibi-Gendern
Es wird in der Kommunikation leider sehr inkonsequent gegendert, ständig finden sich frauenfeindliche Formulierungen wie „Kunden“ und „Freunde“ zwischen an sich löblichen Ansätzen (Kund:innen). Ich fühle mich in der Community hier nicht gut angenommen und befürchte, dass Anlagen von allen Nicht-(CIS-)Männern benachteiligt werden und die Kund:INNEN mit weniger Rendite rechnen müssen – wenn bereits in der Kommunikation solche Defizite zutage treten (vermutlich lässt Selma nur alibimässig von einer unterbezahlten Hilfskraft gendern).

Application très agréable et facile à comprendre, ouverture du compte simple et efficace. Compte ouvert récemment mais je referai un avis dans 6 mois pour avoir plus de recul. Profite de ce code c87321028 pour t'inscrire à Selma et obtiens 34 CHF après avoir commencé à investir. Bonne chance🤞🏼

Vorab: die allermeisten positiven Bewertungen sind im Zusammenhang mit einem persönlichem Vorteil (Code) und damit wertlos! Meine Bewertung: Ich vergleiche meine Erfahrungen mit True Wealth, VZ und Selma. Auch als Neuling im Roboadvisor-Markt ist mir Selma zu einfach (wer nicht wissen will ob ein Anlagevorschlag optimiert werden könnte und von Selma auch keine sinnvollen Antworten erwartet ist der passende Kunde). Ich habe habe heute mein Geld bei Selma abgezogen.

No other investment performed so poorly for me, they focus way too much on emerging markets and have not rebalanced their portfolio. Any other investment app I used had better performance

Sinnlos
Sorry aber wenn man selma sagt das man max. 2000.- sparen kann dann ist sie nicht einverstanden aber nicht jeder hat eine lohn von 10'000.- Das ist eher ein App für die reiche deswegen aus meiner hinsicht ist das App ein Flop.
