Please! Change up the images! I love the game but it’s been the same images for years now, it’s boring when you can complete the puzzles in seconds. Refresh!!
Lost Love
I have played this game almost every day for about 2 years. Love it. There has always been an advert after every game which I was able to close and move to the next game. Now I’m forced to watch the advert in full. And often it’s the same advert over and over again. Even my patience is at an end. I’m considering deleting the game now.
One of my favorites
I play lots of different games throughout the day which adds up to hours. I have this one both on my phone and my iPad. Except that there are lots of adds that seem to last a long time, I rate it my fourth favorite game.

I’m thinking about deleting this game because the music is irritating and distracting and I can’t figure out how to mute it.
Love it, but....
I've played a number of this type of game. There are a couple of things that disappoint with this particular game. I am higher than level 1200 and I am bored with the images, other games add and change image sets as you progress, the developer needs to consider doing this. I also get extremely frustrated that I cannot use my ability to be faster than the game. When there are moving tiles and I can select a pair before the move finishes, I should be able to get credit for that, especially when the moves change direction. I can usually only get one star with the direction changes because I have to wait for the move to finish.
What happened?
Suddenly as of the second week of December 2022 the puzzles are now half the size. I'll be canceling mine.

Been playing this game for weeks and all of a sudden, the game has disappeared from my iPad .Have had to download it again and have lost all my wins.
Previous purchase
I paid for the game, switched phones, downloaded the game but it won’t accept the $2.99 fee that I paid to go ad-less. The game says “unable to make purchases” even when I repay the ad-less version. When I play the game & Select “Restore Purchases” it doesn’t work. Please help!
Ads when I paid $76
I paid $76 to renew no ads for a year and I am stuck wit ads. Either refund my money or delete those ads. Signed disappointed.
Love it but it freezes up around level 76
I love playing this game as it is challenging but not to the point that, with some help, you can win. However, when it gets to around level 76, it stops letting you have help. The game still counts down the time and you can still play but you can’t get a shuffle or a hint. 🙁 So I end up deleting and starting over as I need those shuffles and hints. more then-not so much in the beginning. The smaller puzzles are sometimes harder to see-example the puzzles with the geometric shapes look the same because they are so small.
Ads,
I love this game… however the ads have taken over. I play one game and then wait 4 to 5 minutes trying to stop the same ads.one add is enough without having to see it 3 to 4 times before I have to reset the game.
It starts out great…
Addictive, even, but the higher you rise in the game, the more frequent the ads, and the ads increase in length and ads are the for the same product. And the game freezes. I quit. Life is frustrating enough, I don’t want to be frustrated in my leisure activities. Let me know if this changes, I download the app and play it once more. Buh Bye.
ENJOYABLE GAME
I like playing this onet game. I could play for hours. It's never boring & always challenging. There isn't enough time to complete a level, but player can get extra time by watching ads. Then the player can complete the level. Good game!

Good game, annoying ads
I never used to play this game more than a couple times before the ads started to get so annoying I would quit. If you really have to make me wade through over thirty seconds of navigating through countless clicks and Xes to get out of an ad, you are only trying to aggravate me! Congratulations… you’ve succeeded! But then I discovered if I disconnect from wifi before playing, it really is a pretty fun game! The ads drop down to bare minimum and are easily closed. So I’d give it 5 stars for the game, 0 stars for the most annoying advertising I’ve ever seen, …. averaging out to a 3.

For the last couple of weeks it’s completely stopped working. I enjoyed the game but now it won’t load past the title screen.
Love this game but...
I have not really ever been into games, then I found this. I find it super relaxing and fun BUT the ads!!! They are almost longer than on TV. There has only been a few where u can skip after a period of time. The ads are many times for game apps I ALREADY HAVE. or I don’t want. I see where you can pay for no ads which I would consider, but I have also read comments where that is only the bottom banner ads. I am glad I read that comment so I was not duped too by paying for no ads. I get a few ads, but if I have to stop the game and then come back to play, an ad. You win a game an ad. I feel like it’s wasting my life away.

Onet not connecting!!!!!!!!!?
Been playing this game for sometime now but no more as will not open after last update, the Blue line shows it’s loading then screen freezes after Blue line reaches the end. Come on guys what’s happened here, was working just fine yesterday. Ready for deleting from my IPad if you don’t fix.
Shame about endless ads
I would have given this game 4 or 5 stars because the actual game is enjoyable but the constant adverts are unbearable. Even if you pause the game half way through, you have to watch an advert before you resume the game. Ridiculous and quite infuriating.
Tiles too small
And way way too many tiles. So small that they are difficult to match and too small to “tap tap tap” less than several times. I loose the game because of this. Although I still like it—- l just cannot win.
Getting bored
I’ve been playing this game almost daily for the last year or so and have really enjoyed it. I’m now starting to get bored. I’ve got the matching down pat (have done for a long time) and I think that it would improve this game a lot if the clock stopped showing how much time you have left and instead showed you how fast you finished the matching. That way you could start playing against yourself and keep the interest up. It would also help things if they changed the images. Always the same old things and it’s not much of a challenge after awhile.
What happened?
I used to enjoy this game but you can no longer get extra hints, time or shuffles by watching an ad. It’s all pay and the games you can manage to win without the fast bomb going off, don’t add up so you can earn additional tips. So very disappointed with Onet shuffle games since they changed rules a few days ago for all this type of games. It used to be a fun way to de-stress.
Was OK, but something has stuffed up
It started out as a fun game. But, I realised today that when you don't finish a level in time, you have to start again. You used to be able to continue (I didn't mind watching the ads). I find this really disappointing. Please fix it.

Very disappointing game. It keeps stalling and have to delete app and start over. Not worth it.
Still Getting Ads
I paid the one time fee of $4.99 to remove ads and yet they are still present. I understand I have the option to watch an ad to earn credits, but why are the adds still there when moving up a level? Please advise.
Love this game but ad keeps crashing it!
The current ad won’t load and I either get a black screen or a dimmed screen but it crashes the app. Please sort, I am missing my fav game 😢 I am using an iPad.

To the developers of this game: I like this game, however, I just paid $4.99 to stop the ads for life, according to the offer. I am still having to sit through ads. They have not stopped. Either stop the ads or refund my $4.99. I hope the developers read this and resolve the issue.
Glitchy and constant Ads!
I first gave it 3 stars but now backing it down to 1 star, fix the freezing problem, it’s glitchy and the ads are over the top but even worse, they won’t even load or play.
