The app
The app would be cool if it didn’t log me out every single time I use it or check it I don’t got money like that so I can’t just keep buying stuff to stay logged in
App broken
Won’t let me shop at all says unable to find product no matter what I category I choose.
Weird
Sometimes stuff shows up that you can’t even buy and when you checkout it removes the item but still takes your money
Shipping
I hate how obscene the shipping rate is
New fanboy
Fix your app please. I can’t even see what I type… but frfr I love your brand… heartbreak gang till the end #200
Stolen 43$ dollars so lame

Forever my fave brand! Dope product, amazing quality, sweetest brand owners I’ve ever met!!
Good app terrible customer service
App works well but good luck getting them to ship your order and customer service is non existent so you won’t get any help at all
Quality
The quality of the clothes I get are excellent and fit perfectly. Thank you BROKEN PROMISES!
Love this brand!
I’m a musician on the jazz and improvisation side of things and this brand is just my thing! The artwork gives so much inspiration to me as I write and record songs for school. This app is also insanely nice, makes it easier to see what y’all have :) have a nice day BP!!
Broken promises app
That app keeps crashing every other time I click on something
Amazing
This is how clothing brands should set up their apps. I recently revived my package and getting the card telling me about exclusive products was the perfect way to get me interested. It made me feel apart of a special group of weirdos. They are one of the clothing brand app I have as the others are for convenience. Only bad thing is most of their app exclusives are out of stock right now lol.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s great and easy to use really gets you lost in their brand because it’s so good
Broken Promises
Not only one of my favorite brands now, but one of my favorite apps to go searching for the New Merch! Couldn’t be more satisfied with this app AND ITS MUSIC!😎
I get to shop early for my favorite brand!!
Never been so excited about an app. It’s fun to use but most of all app users get to shop every week’s drop way ahead of everyone else. So glad this was launched before their biggest sale of the year every year. Come onnnn Black Friday!
