This app and system is working really well for us right now.
Buyer Beware
They claim you own all your data, but will then hold previously created data hostage if you ever downgrade your plan. They threatened to delete our account and only give us temporary access to our data if we deleted our BBB review.

Really , love it very user friendly
Not for the faint at heart
So I'm back with an update on my review. I've completed a couple of contracts. The app is not as user-friendly or easy as maybe Joist, but it is a decent app for the free version. Many of the cool stuff that I was hoping to see requires payment. Adding materials and listing products, I found to be a little difficult . Overall, it's a good free app

The app is easy to use, but you have to pay to be able to use it after a couple of times it’s always updating so if you’re gonna be in a rush, you have to update it and it might mess up everything that you had set for preset and have to redo everything again I switched to simply wise instead

Sales over service
I’ve been using Contractor+ for about three years. Any issues were always resolved up until recently, when prices were raised by about double. The focus has now shifted to sales from service. The service was the main differentiator between other competitors. I found this out when I was upgraded to a “trial” and lost all of the features I’ve been using and am now not able to get back my old account status. My website has been down for over two weeks with no response from them so I had to redirect my web address so that it doesn’t look like I’m out of business. At the same time they sent me a bad card reader, charged me sent me a new one and are now attempting to charge me for another that they sent as a replacement. It is truly unfortunate because I like the platform but I can start to see where this company is heading.

I have a small handyman business and use the free version of Contractor+. It is much better than the alternative free softwares. As my business grows I will continue to use it and pay for the upgraded version.

I have used this app for my business for years and now without warning they changed the free things and I have to find a new app to use because I can only do 5 invoices on the free plan. Before this change I could do as many as I needed to do. Huge inconvenience. I will not be paying for the service. 1 star for customer service, do not recommend.

I was happy until…
I got contractor plus a few years ago and was happy. I even upgraded to the pro for 15/month. Now… it’s 30/month for the same features AND the free accounts are worthless. 5 estimates/invoices a month is TRASH. Many free estimate/invoice makers out there. I’ll take my money somewhere else. I might even create my own app.

New update/failure
This new update that just past has ruined my capabilities of making invoices causing me financial hardship I might have to contact a lawyer to take my case to sue if I do not get into my account In the next 2 hours I’ve been trying to open this app for the last 24 hours and it keeps kicking me out I have bills to pay and utilize this app to make invoices.

Won’t open
The app won’t open. I tried to delete and reinstall, cleared cache, it’s up to date etc, iPad and iPhone. Very frustrating.
Contractor Plus Integrated
This app saves a lot of headache and I appreciate they don’t nickel and dime on every detail. Their API is a bit to setup but once working the workflow is terrific. Thank you guys.

Access denied keeps popping up every time I open up the app what does that mean? But it still allows me to further login into the app.

Absolute scam
Was tired of all the basic apps and found this. The most expensive one but contractor specific. From the start absolute clown shoes. There’s honestly too much to complain about from user/customer experience to the constant text and emails. I tried to stick it out because I had loaded so much data. Now I’m trying to downgrade to the free version and it literally won’t let me. Tried the customer support, only Ai would answer and after basically begging to downgrade me so I can finish a revision on an estimate it said it would be back tomorrow. Save your money, these guys need to be investigated.
