Extremely Disappointing Service – This Is the Last Time I’ll Order Through Your App
This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating! Earlier today, my order was canceled because one of the items was supposedly unavailable. I decided to place another order, and now the exact same thing has happened again—another item is suddenly unavailable! Is this some kind of trick to your customers? Once is understandable, but twice in a row? What the heck is going on with your application? Your system should not allow customers to place orders for items that are not actually available. You are wasting customers’ time and causing unnecessary frustration. This is the last time I will ever place an order through your application. I am extremely disappointed with your service and honestly embarrassed that I even had to experience this twice in one day. Please fix your inventory system and stop wasting your customers’ time. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
Pictures of the items
You have a nice app and good cutomer service. But for a better experience for the consumers, it would be good that you provide pictures of the items. And if items has 3 flavours, give us option to choose our flavour rather than you choosing for us. Eg: i ordered the name “cooking chocolate assorted” which i dint know comes in 3 flavours. So i went with the picture that ia brown chocolate. But instead you choose ur fav and gave me milk chocolate instead which i wont use. This type of changes if u can do will give us better experience for your online shopping.
App not opening on iPhone
App not opening on iPhone since today 23july 2025. Even after reinstalling it multiple times it doesn't work in fact it doesn't open.
Limited
Some items cannot be found in the app. But when you go to the store, it’s there. . It’s inconvenient.

App Update - Disaster
The new app for the family food is totally messed up. I have been trying to use it from last one and a half month or two months but the original app I never had the issues as the current app. It automatically categorize the items you added there as scheduled delivery and instant delivery, even though if you want all of it to be scheduled as well, it doesn’t let you change that the search bar is of no use. If you search for one thing, it goes altogether in a different Category. Most of the items don’t have pictures. While checking out, it doesn’t ask you an option for the payment whether it has to be cash or card. Address have to be revised again in this app even though I had said doesn’t have got like hundreds of photos placed on that address Email address has had to be verified again even having to be using the app for two years now And sometimes the hangs on itself, and you have to exit the app to open again

No option to choose the item in the app, they just deliver any item randomly. Customer service is very poor!

Not faire of this if we order more then 100 QAR purchases then also they are given free delivery

I ordered items displayed on the app, but it was not sent. Very disappointing. Also, the customer care is not answering calls

I ordered at 6:40 pm and the order being under preparation for more than 3 hours!!! Don’t waist your time and order from Carefour or Almeera app it’s faster

Worst app
I spent almost 2 hours to place my order it was not successful. Very slow. During final check out items are out of stock which was repeatedly happening. I would have purchased from shop in 30 minutes . Wasted my time.
Feedback-
The worst thing about the application and Services i feel is the expiration of Point. Everymonth aaplication will expire the accumulated points . Leaving you no time to reddem it . Whereas all other hypermarket in Qatar, You can retain your point with no expiry. This is the prime reason i do not shop from Family food . May be in future if there will be suggested changes may be i will also consider to shop from FFC only then.
