Disappointed
Why are is it every time you update your app l lose my coffee stamps this has happened to me twice now and it’s always when I’m just about to get a free cup of coffee. This needs to be sorted
Hard to see what free drinks you have
This app in its current design makes it difficult to see what free drinks you have. Maybe that’s purposeful (wink, wink Cafe Nero - I mean 200 degrees), maybe not. Please fix it. The old 200 degrees app used to do this fairly well.
Can’t add payment cards
Lots of bugs trying to use Autofill when adding a payment card. Also appears no card is linked, but says ‘Card is already linked’ when trying different cards.
New update issues
I cant order coffees from the app anymore since the new update as it says there are no coffees places nearby and it doesn’t matter which 200 degrees i am at it always says theres no stores nearby. Its a shame because the reason i always go to 200 is because i can just sit down and order through the app. Please fix this bug soon the coffee is amazing!
Favourite coffee shop
Absolutely love this coffee shop, It’s convenient about 3 miles from me, so I can call most weeks. Service & staff always excellent & staff very friendly.

Easy app to use but could do with drink descriptions
Mostly fails at my local branch
My closest is at the designer outlet in York. At that location I try to sign in and it tells me to reset my password. Then I try again and it says too many attempts. I’ve used it successfully elsewhere but not here. The impact is that it’s too hard to order so I go and get a coffee from pret. Seems like a fail to me
Credit Card linking keeps failing
Tried multiple times on new app to link credit card but just getting apologies for error.

Great update — the new app is fast, clean, and really easy to use. Paying and collecting stamps in one scan works perfectly, and having receipts in the app is a nice touch. Everything has been smooth so far. Big improvement on the old version!
Terrible
This app is terrible, the onboarding process has so many barriers to entry. For example to verify your account it sends a code WITHIN THE APP so your phone is not able to autofill, you CAN NOT retrieve the code via text or email. Ridiculous concept I just wanted an espresso, walked out of the coffee shop.

Great coffee, poor app
Our favourite coffee shop, drinks, food, atmosphere always lovely. However the app isn’t the best… sometimes all the food options don’t appear, but the most annoying thing is my loyalty card never updates & has been stuck on the same points tally for months, despite numerous visits.

I really like a coffee and not many shops stand out for quality tasting coffee but 200 Degrees definitely does. Gorgeous coffee.
Rubbish
The new app is virtually useless! Despite lots of promises from head office my rewards still don’t appear ( 3rd month running). You can’t manage subscriptions, and now I’ve been made to use this app I can’t manage my subscriptions online anymore; so can’t re-order any beans - so now have to shop elsewhere

Can’t sign up with Apple. Can’t add card to apple wallet.
New Update
After the update I had to change my password to get back into the app only to find it had reset to zero luckily I found the email from you in my junk folder so was able to gets my rewards back

It’s very hit and miss whether you get loyalty points with each purchase.
Great coffee & setting
Coffee is just the best. All the stars. The venue is great—all cosy, wood, atmospheric. Great choice of vegan sweet pastries/cakes. Only reason for 3 stars is that there was nothing savoury for vegans. I would have liked a choice of breakfast options.
Best Coffee and easy app to use
Really easy app to use. Best thing about 200 Degrees coffee is the locally sourced coffee and great range of sandwiches and pastries. Keep up the good work.

Issue with ordering multiple items
Although this app is convenient to use, it has one very annoying error. There is always an issue when I order multiple items. They always bring over the coffee but if I order anything additional they never bring it over. Kind of beats the convenience of ordering at the table if you always have to chase it go at the till.
Fab coffee shop great team
Love this place, great that they have an outdoor space for when I have the dog. Lovely friendly staff. Most important, excellent coffee!
Awful - can’t connect payment cards and help team close tickets
New app, but unable to add payment cards. Used support and they ask a question, I reply and they close the ticket. This had happened several times. Now automatically closing tickets without responding. Terrible.
Half decent, when it works
Food options greyed out even when they’re obviously available. Food from app order was ignored, had to chase it up 30 mins later. Only about 50% of the time have I been able to order what I want in the app, and received it in a timely manner!

Quiet coffee
I come to this coffee shop on a Sunday about midday, it’s warm and cosy and relaxed. I’m always greeted with a smile and quick service and the coffee is delicious and so are the cakes! Even when it’s busy it’s still calm and relaxing, would definately recommend 🫶🏼
unable to log in
Forced logged me out and won’t let me reset my password. An error keeps popping up no matter what I do and it’s getting frustrating. Seeing other reviews saying people they’ve lost their points too. Why try to fix something that wasn’t broken? Do better and fix your app.
