Good & Easy
Easy to use
Waste of time
I have been trying for over 1 hour to book a general swim for 3 adult n 2 children and have gone round in circles download app app not working log in unable to log you In and so on ..
Decent app
The app is decent but a bit stupid because we can’t book of if you have 20 minutes till the session starts and kids get two times a day to go and once on a weekend some young people like me love the gym but this hole system is not making much sense or making me wanna go
Booking 5*, Payment 2*
Found the centre and the session, booked for self plus one other easily. Card payment system doesn’t have any integration with iOS wallet, so need to find physical card and type in card details target than having it autocomplete. Payment system also requires address and again, manual input required as the area field don’t have the tags required for autocomplete. These are such universally expected behaviours of a purchasing app I can only assume this is a bug rather than a poor user experience design decision.
Developers should be ashamed
What in the, no-ux testing, 1999 design is this. What a horrific, stupid design. But that’s Trafford right, sign off stuff that doesn’t make sense and makes the lives of the residents harder. Do better, be better all of you .
Poor review
I cannot select the activity I want to book. I have tried 3 times over the last 3 weeks, I have tried deleting and re-installing the app with no success. The class does not appear in the list for Saturday, but is taking place. I have to go to Stretford Talbot Centre to book it. Also, the ‘Nickname’ link is faulty - I entered 8 different possible nicknames and was told they were all taken!
Awful
I was honestly hoping for some improvements considering this is a new app, but it appears to be as poorly designed as the previous. What a joke.
Logon
Won’t recognise password even though followed instructions and reset 3x
Junior gym
Pay for junior gym for my son and wont allow me to book anything 😡😡😡
New member
Keep finding it challenging to sign into the app to book classes.
Booking a swim
What a joke your booking system is. I have tried for days to book a swim and failed. Gave up in the end and went to Irlam even though I’m only 4 min from you.
Update to app has rendered it useless
The app has been updated and now I am unable to book any classes or sessions. It tells me they are all fully booked but they are not. The hub tell me there is no problem with the app and it is working fine but my son and his too friends have exactly the same issue as me.
Worst booking system ever
If you want to book anything for more than one person (e.g. more than one lane swim entry, have kids etc) forget about it. Both the app and the website are AWFUL - god know who approved them. Then if you try to book more than one entry for something cross-referencing the website with app, one will show the activity is full or doesn’t exist, whilst the other shows ‘you’re booked’ but can’t make an additional one. Seriously, Trafford Leisure, it can’t cost much to have someone fix all these issues?! It’s genuinely a barrier to using your centres = less income. Crazy.
