Solo only
I am playing on version 2.4 and I got into my account. I created the account and set up everything connected to my cube and when I went to play against other people only solo appeared and I created a new account deleted and re-download the app but all I see no matter what is solo.

Great concept, terrible execution
The concept of this entire thing in of itself is really cool. Having a cube that’s interactive with the app where the in app cube moves when you move the physical one is absolutely amazing… for beginners. You have options asking if you’re a beginner, medium, or pro cuber and anyone past beginner I would never recommend this cube or this app. The app itself is faulty and the connection with the cube is absolutely terrible if you move even slightly fast. The yellow face side of the physical cube has a different tension level than the rest of the cube that makes F2L OLL and PLL absolutely unbearable and any beginner or medium cuber would very much so hesitate to adjust the tension levels if this was one of their first “fast” cubes. The concept itself is amazing, but based on the execution of everything I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Fix your game
So every time I try and solve this cube that your company makes, I turn like 10 times and it disconnects and doesn’t let me finish the solve. And when I have it scrambled as well it shows me it’s solved. FIX THE GAMMEREE
It’s so-so
I got this for Christmas and I was really excited! It was working really well and there were some fun games. BUT I would recommend a part where you can get instructions on how to solve it. I know there’s one but, you should just add an instant solver one. And add more games. Also when I connect it disconnects about 3 minutes later !😡 And when I reconnect it shows the wrong colors on the wrong blocks!

Great way for anyone to learn, new to rubiks or experienced. BUT HUGE PROBLEM
So, I bought the cube, I love Rubiks but I couldn’t solve them sometimes, just my brain doesn’t click with it sometimes, so I used the app to help me remember algorithms, but the third time I picked up the cube and launched the app, the colors are all mixed up, I used the solve option to help me see if I could remember everything, and the cube ended up being more scrambled, even though I did everything right. So overall, do not get the app it doesn’t help for newcomers or pro’s.

I bought this from five below because it looked cool and then after just like a day of doing the lessons, I finally figured out how to solve the Rubik‘s cube. This app is super fun. It can time your solves and show you how to solve whatever scramble you have. It doesn’t matter if you’re a noob or a extreme cuber, this app is for you. I highly recommend it.
How I crashed out on it
I got the cube at night and I was just playing with it.Then the next day it just won’t work and I was 100% sure it was full battery.plus I did everything I could to get it to work
App is amazing just a few suggestions.
Overall, this was amazing both the app and cube, but it will only teach one of many methods to solve. My suggestion is that you select what method of you want to learn and it will teach you how. I want to learn the C2 method (bottom two layers at same time) as it is the professional method of solving, continuing suggestions is that you should start making speed cubes as you have good cubes but the stickers are coming off 1 week into me solving. Speed cubes could evolve your business quite a lot as the demand is high for speed cubes right now in 2026 mainly because of insane speed solves across the world. This product gains a 4 star review from 5StarCriticsReviews.

Room for improvement.
Trying to use the timer and it tries a message of too many wrong moves and stops it. I don’t use all of the basic algorithms anymore. Please just give us a scramble/timer option where we can try and solve it in whatever way we want

Please add online battles for the Rubik’s Connected X, but otherwise a good app. Although I wish you could connect other E-Cubes that are other brands (Eg. the GAN I carry or the GoCube)

Won’t connect to my cube
This app won’t connect to my cube because it thinks my cube is a Rubiks pro and it won’t let me change overall I was able to connect it at a different house overall it works pretty well. Recommended but try not to bump the wrong button.

Dosent work well
To be honest I expected this to work smoothly and teach me how to use a rubix cube but I'm simply stuck on the part where I need to use the white cross to get the white face and where it tells me to do it at lone and I don't know how to get the white square above where it needs to be it dosent actually give me the answer so I can figure it out myself and I'm beyond dissapointed

It’s mostly awful
I don’t understand the good reviews. Watching kids try to use this thing is exhausting. Yes the app connects easily to the cube but the layout, hierarchy, terminology, words, animation speeds, set up processes etc are all terrible. But a £5 cube and use free apps to learn solving. Save your cash.

Probably one of the best things I’ve ever bought at five below, I bought the cube that goes with this app in an attempt to solve it. I was always a nerdy kid growing up but it’s hard to learn from things like YouTube videos. This app changed everything. I learned to solve the cube in about an hour. Only problem I’ve found is that the app requires wifi and the cube I got was for a plane ride, but regardless, pretty much everything is right with this app. I even got my time down to a 1:04 with the method the app teaches and I’m excited to get into real speed cubing in the future. Best part is if you’re like me and want to keep improving your time, you can get a speed Bluetooth cube that works with the app! If you’re like me and you’ve always been curious how to solve a Rubik’s cube, get the cube and the app, you won’t regret it.

Almost perfect
Quite simply one of the best apps I’ve ever come across. It works incredibly well and the challenges are fun. The only negative is the lack of a landscape mode in the iPad app.
Good app
I have got a new cube as a Christmas gift yesterday, it’s great! Even if I scramble it as hard as I want it will still know how to solve it. But today I woke up and tried to do that, A DAY LATER, and it can’t even solve it because apparently the on the app it is solved but in reality it is still scrambled as if nothing was done in the process. Would be a 5-star if this didn’t happen. I am truly disappointed in this gigantic mess-up.
