First time I cashed out
Waste of time
Don’t waste your time on this app. Hasn’t been working for over a month now and when you reach out to support they want you to forwards you emails of the purchases you made. What is the whole point of having a system that is supposed to do this automatically and yet they want you to do all the work. These people have no clue what they’re doing.
Can’t login, can’t get help
I can’t login to my acct. I have tried chatting and no one is ever available and I have tried submitting an email to support. Update: It was user error. It was not obvious I had to enter the country code in order to get the toggle switch active to send a code for login. The country code appeared to be pre-filled so I thought it was already filled in.

Rewards
This is a great app. You get gift cards for your own shopping. They also have so many to choose from. Definitely recommend.
Not transparent
Don’t like that they hide that there is a $5 cap on how much you can make each month. Make it seem with higher membership levels you get more money but you only get a higher earning percent but it still maxes out at $5 making all the extra membership levels not beneficial. If this was disclosed anywhere online or in the app that would be nice but it’s just hidden from everyone. Beside this big issue I really like the app I just don’t find it right you continue to take my receipt data after the $5 cap and then give $0 for it. At least pause taking the data if you’re not giving rewards for it. (Update lowered start rating to 1 since I reached out asking for help and clarification and was ignored now for 3 business days happy to adjust my review fully once get more info and clarification)

MEトークンで報酬を受け取ってもウォレットページから他のアカウントにtransferできないし、EVMアドレスすらわかりません。 Amazonで2%還元だとクレジットカード程度なので、メールや購入履歴を全部開け渡してこの報酬だとちょっと割に合わなく感じちゃうかな… MEが一時的にバブルになればいいのかもだけど、その時に自由にtransferやswapが出来ないのはちょっと。税務計算もできないし。

I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails or to the in app messages/chat. I redeemed points for a gift card last month and am still waiting to get the gift card.

App won’t open
The app won’t open. I cannot delete me account. However, I still get emails about “earning points”. Annoying. Don’t get this app. I’m still trying to remove it….oh the points are laughable. You can’t even log in.

I can’t open the app any longer either. Just stays at RewardMe screen. I’m close to a cashout too. Have deleted and reinstalled and still nothing.
