Lounge
Why did the golden lounge get removed?
Golden slots
Love this game, but needs an update bad!!!!
Was good now not
This was a good game to play. Now I can’t collect my chests at all tried to send a message but nothing happens.
Going downhill
I have been playing this game for a while now and honestly it has gone downhill in the last few months. Many of the games have lost the playing field, for some reason the lounge won’t stay on so I lost the high roller and one of the ways I used to get extra coins and packs is now gone. Can this game please be overhauled?
Good game!
Fun to play.
Won’t give me rewards I paid for
Have tried twice to unlock the $19.99 Royal Rewards to get my winnings and neither time has worked.
Review
Decent game till it locks up
New program problems why can’t you get the last rainbow pick. I now have 17 picks, but can’t use tho
Can’t collect rewards!!!!!!!!
Chests
Why are you still giving out chests when the chest feature is no longer available? And why doesn’t the contact us button work?
Great game
Amazing game
Lost all progress and can’t get my rewards
I play this game daily and lost my rewards, can’t get support and high roller status is gone! RIP OFF
Love Golden Slots….but…..
I’ve been playing for a couple of weeks and so far I really like the game. However a couple of tech glitches means that on some games the symbols don’t show on the screen. Prizes are still awarded, so that’s no biggie. Would love to be able to turn the music off and keep the game sounds, but this is not an issue.also I have a question about the game but the ‘contact us’ link does not work.
Communication poor
I have a problem with the Royal bonus that I paid for not being able to collect it. You can’t contact you on the contact us option so I emailed you a week ago. No reply. Disappointed
Freezes up
Game is fun when it works but games within the game freezes up from time to time
Slot
I like it 👍
I am being CHEATED
I spent $28 and got NOTHING! They took my money and gave nothing in return. I have clicked “contact us” and nothing happens. I’ve been playing this slot for probably 2years and all of the sudden I don’t have my treasure chests, I can’t collect on my Golden ticket purchase and I didn’t get my coins for a ONE TIME purchase deal! I am REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS and have no one to even contact!! 😡😡😡
Hopefully
The game is great and having fun but the free spins they are far and few in between.
It has issues
Some of the games are a lot of fun. Some of the games don’t work and I can’t collect the bonus
Way too many bugs
Love it, but recent upgrades are full of bugs. Wish they would test before releasing. I keep playing and hope they get it right.
Awesome
Winning!!!!
Get this fixed
Everything was going great until the latest update. Now, though… Bad enough being removed from the lounge where I still had 2 weeks left before my time ran out. But now after buying the royal pass, I’m completely unable to collect any earned rewards. And there is no way to contact support through the app
Slot
Awesome
Games
Only gripe about the game is the lack of features compared to the amount of game money you spend and with 100million spent not one feature at all
Pick Bonus not working
Flash /Challenge rewards pick bonus is not working
Fun
Winner
Dont do it
I had the game for 4 years when i logged on the is morning the app was reset and all the rewards i had gathered are now gone.
Sam
Plenty of good games
Time
Takes my credits too fast? I like playing but it does not last long??
Golden Slots
Just an average game, machines set up to return about 1 in 5. They get really frustrating when the feature is always one short, but missing one is there next spin Not rigged, much
Fortune
Great
Lots of broken slots
UPDATE: The app is broken. It’s lost half its functionality. There must be a server issue. It’s been going on for 3 days. Developers don’t seem to care. This used to be a great game. Now, a more than a few slots are broken. Terrible update, no response when feedback sent. Stay away.
Five Star Game
Absolutely love this game it has such a great variety of games to choose from and it keeps you motivated and occupied for hours . Great job 👍🏻
.
Good but also bad like don’t just stop all the jackpot win within in the first day then nothing for ages. Makes for a boring game.
Golden slots
This game is very hard to win which makes it frustrating, probably delete it if it gets any harder
Love it
Great
Game
Game sucks no bonuses
SLOTS!
Is slots is good. Must play
Missions are bad and impossible to complete
Every day the missions end up telling you to win billions of coins in free spins, the only problem is that the free spins never ever come in
Best slots game ever
I have had the best win percentage on this game compared to 20+ other slots games that just make you lose to pay for more coins. And they don’t intentionally raise the max bet so you can’t play with what you have.
Charm witch
Please unstick this game. Can’t play
Snag58
Great games. Big wins.
Good but could be better
Overall the functionality and style is good. Payouts are not that good and games get boring.
💯
🖤💯💪🏾🖤
Not good
Bonus games are money pits with low return. The algorithm is set to favor the house with your higher bet. The higher the bet, the more you lose.
Really boring
There is no social aspect. No wins no fun deleted
