Can't open app on IPhone
Hello, I have never been able to open the app on iPhone. I have deleted and reloaded many times and as I try and log in with Google, it just goes to log in just stalls after trying to log in for minutes. Only able to access on my laptop. Thanks
Great service, fair, but app glitchy
I have found MyPayNow to be one of the better financial services. They are fast & flexible. But I’ve had the same glitchy problem stopping me from getting into my account for days which is annoying when you want to manage it.
Add more bank options.
Honestly I wouldn’t know how to review this app. It doesn’t support all banks so therefore I couldn’t get an advance because it doesn’t have UPbank option. Has every other bank but not UP?

My default now
I only used this app once, never again! I used it to access my wage early, which is great and everything but when my wages came through you pay the money back that same day but the catch is you can’t access more money on that day even if you payed it back so that leaves you to wait however long. But I have bills coming out on that date, with only a little money after you pay them you end up defaulting your bills. Not worth the drama.

Ridiculous
After providing my bank statements showing I am paid on a Wednesday, they made my repayment days Tuesday with no way to change it. I’ve contact ‘customer support’ multiple times with no response (it’s been over a month) to ask about this and hoping to get the issue resolved. Don’t use them, I’m sure if there was a more pressing issue you would be in trouble considering there is no way to contact customer support that offers a reasonable time frame of response (there is no contact number or email, simply a inquiry form) so you basically are left to wait and in cases like mine. Not hear back.

I will never use my pay now! I had lost my job and I had difficult to pay the money back! But I did the right thing and pay the outstanding money back in full. For my pay now refuse to activate it again. They made me wait for over 12 months. And now ! My pay now is sending emails to To me to came back! I don’t think so! The way My Pay Now Treated me with no compassion. Very disappointed!😡

The best advance app I have ever used. The app is very reliable with no changes to your limit whenever you need it. The fee for the advance is amazingly low. The staff are incredible and so helpful!! and have let me delay repayments many times even more then once on the same advance.
