Cancellation
How can I cancel this before I get charged?
Can’t cancel subscription in app
I purchased this app in order to do business with one specific company. The company’s software was not compatible so I tried to cancel the subscription. After wasting 30 minutes I finally read the review and learned how to do it in my phone’s settings. It shouldn’t be that hard. I suspect this company is ripping off consumers by charging a very high WEEKLY rate, and then hoping the customer can’t figure out how to end the subscription.

Subscription
I downloaded this app and was trying the free subscription for a month. It had not even been a month. Y'all already charged me for a month and the free trial has not even expired.
Uninstall app
I don’t know how I signed up for this subscription but I cancelled it. Please instruct me on how to uninstall the app. In the App Store there is no button to uninstall.

Trying to cancel my subscription
I’ve contacted them twice and I’m no longer needing this app I want to cancel my subscription. I looked in the cancel subscriptions and this app is not there. At this point I feel like this is a scam do not use this app.
Scanner
Coooool!
Scanned PDFs out of this app can’t be 20 MB
Files are too big to reliably email. I scanned only 3 pages and got a 23MB file that I can’t email. No 3 page PDF should ever be a 20+MB file
blah its fair

“Scammer” App!
There’s no need for this app because the iPhone 12 Pro Max and subsequent versions have their own internal scanner! I was paying $10/week for this for an archive project and after a long time I learned that I was completely wasting money. You don’t need this app!! Criminal!!

Expensive
The only thing the app does is let you crop pictures. Unless you pay a 7.49$/weekly charge.
Bad scanner
Some time it works other times it don’t.
Awesome Sauce
Thank you for making my experience a game changer.
Fraud
Never fall for the trick of these scammers. Be aware to download this app.

Unable to cancel subscription and still being charged
Please send instructions on how to cancel this subscription. I am still being charged a fee after the expiration
Great app
Excellent great app
I am furious about this weekly charge
I had no idea I was being charged weekly for this app. I have racked up an insanely large bill. This is insanely upsetting.
Bordering on a scam
Low effort app based around sneakily charging you weekly. The “auto-detection” for documents automatically takes a picture like it’s on a timer. It seems purposefully obnoxious. Geniuses with transparent thumbs designed the edge cropping so it zooms under your finger with no other ways to reference where you set it. Sometimes I feel like creators of the better mainstay apps make these apps so you go back with no other options. Just remember to cancel your subscription quick in the App Store.
This app is a joke
I need to scan something to my phone so that I can email it so I downloaded this app and you have to pay $.99 to send the document. No thanks
Scam
I have never written a review for an app before. I have never had an app that I have been getting charged without knowing. I do not know why but they have been charging me every week ever since the start of the new year. I will have to file a complaint with Apple and the BBB and other organizations. I just want my money back but there is no way to cancel your subscription.
