Good app and commentary but when it comes to the people spending money on the app no appreciation.They change policies with out letting the stakers know.They can and will not help you with question about wagers.They cancel games in packs to keep from paying out the winnings and if a game is canceled they just keep your money!!!!! I just gave it a 2. Star for the commentary and actual gameplay
Verification
Seem like an okay but why does the verification take so long. If your card declines they will freeze your account for 24-48 hours and screw yo money up. You literally can’t do anything when this happens. Please fix this. It shouldn’t take that long to verify something that simple. I lowkey feel scammed. When I’ve already bet money and won money that I can’t touch. That’s trash 1v1Me.

love the app so far had some issues verifying my identity for withdrawals and Ben helped me out quickly and efficiently really appreciate it.
Withdrawal issue
Yeah the app itself isn’t letting my withdrawals go through at all. I’ve attempted 3x already and it still gives me an email saying there’s an issue. I want my money back….i feel scammed out of my winnings.

I feel the app now is at it best for patch updates but more game need to be added to get the best variety when it comes to gamers who like a challenge when it comes to betting on a game to win i think defo fighting games should be added like street fighter also other variety of console games should be brought on like Nintendo switch games Xbox games ps4 games pc games as well if there more variety instead of the simple shooter then this app will get bigger over the coming year to come if you could put brawllhalla in this 👌🏾

Won’t let me withdraw or they won’t refund my money on off my other account
I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to have 2 accounts. I had deposited and made about $30 on my second account still never got a refund for my money or nothing just froze my account with my $30 I need my money back that i deposited or there will be a lawsuit

This seems like a great idea, the only thing that I would want to happen is to be able to create a lobby that enables you to select any game you want to play by just typing in the name instead of only being able to select the 6 it has available. Apart from that it’s good ✌️

I won my bet but was never paid
I placed some money on a live match and won, didn’t get paid for it. Then the second match right after had connection issues and they had to restart that round. They ended up restarting 3 different rounds as the match continued. Bottom line I was never payed for my stake. And when I had told customer service about it, they didn’t pay me for my win. They couldn’t even refund me for the bet. So I just closed the account and deleted the app because that isn’t right and fair at all. How can you deny me a refund when your match has connection issues.? Make it make sense…..
