Obnoxious customer support for miles subscription cancellation. Terms and conditions mentioned on their own website is not respected. No reply to emails just automated junk. Bad customer support.
Doesn’t allow to edit or delete vehicle details
The app doesn’t allow to edit or delete vehicle details. Also deleting an account seems soft delete and recreating the account shows account in deletion status forever and asks to contact customer care.

Relocation service not available yet
To dear all readers, they are very poor in relocating your personal EV charger if you change home. So be aware. I have paid full upfront fees around 20 days ago, but charger relocation request still not done. And they respond to your request even. Very pathetic services. After many days on 05 Aug 2026, it is done, so for now, thank you.
Need update for the App
The Application is too slow as most of the time when I try to Stop the Charging it gets stuck.
Faulty charging
I’ve been to mangalore forum mall nexus charging station .while charging it stopped continuously.I’ve tried both plug ins to make it 90%.after charging it was still showing charging in process even after when I reached home.

I dont know if the tech is meant for convenience or inconvenience, have been raising issues for a public charger but customer service has no ear for customers

User can add money (currently available) but withdraw of money from fund should be available. Most of the time money in funds are no use and we are not able to withdraw it.

Dude , no one will use your app if you send more notification . Don’t spam all user for 1% conversion rate .

Good to see many EV charging options in one app. Hope we will soon have other providers too. Only issue I am facing is to delete already added vehicle. I don’t see that option in Manage Vehicle.

Major Problem
I think statiq should give a Phone Number option in their app, because many of the Fuel Stations have EV Chargers but not working all the time. Giving Phone numbers help users to save time & battery.

Do not show accurate information. Sometime guns are down, sometime entire charger is down . No control of biggest charging system over the infra

App has dark patterns where they use it to overcharge customers, be careful… before charging session app shows ₹17.99 and after charging they bill ₹27.99 or more per unit
