Caroline
Lovely pool and lovely staff 😊
Unworkable
Having created an account selected a payment option and completed all of the required steps (some of which are not even explained by the app) you are still unable to make bookings as the account is “inactive” despite every step required being taken and no obvious way to resolve this. There should be a simple option to pay on the door as is the case at every other gym.
Not the simplest app
Takes some getting used to, particularly the ‘parent portal’. Not the simplest of apps, but useful to check timetable. Quick & easy once for regular booking…
Mostly useless
Can book a court
Poor app
Terrible app. This is the primary method for accessing Teignbridge facilities but it does not work.
Tim
Oh dear, extraordinarily difficult to set up new membership and book something
Really poor all around
Don’t live in the area. Just want occasional sauna. Have to create membership which now won’t let me log in. So created a new account which is still pending. Really bad attempt to make the process modern and streamlined.
Hopeless
You know you are back in Devon trying to use this app
Wanting to book a badminton court
Can’t see how, no guidance. Quite rubbish in my opinion.
Leisure App!
Trying to book a family swim is like mission impossible. Have to use app to book. Have to register as a member to use app. Have to add every family members details in yet the app and website won’t actually finish the process of adding a family member so therefore can’t book to go swimming. I’m sure once it’s all set up and working properly then it will be easier in future but as of now it’s been nothing but frustrating and still haven’t been able to book anything.
Doesn’t work
The app. will allow you to open an account, but not book a session - waste of time. Unfortunately, you are only allowed to book swimming sessions using the app.!
Sort the booking out
Cannot book online.
