Great app, but needs fixes for archived items & billing logs
I really like this app. It is beautifully designed and makes managing subscriptions incredibly easy. However, there are a few frustrating UX issues and bugs that desperately need the developer's attention: - Archived Subscriptions: Once a subscription is archived, you can no longer view its billing history. You have to unarchive it, check the logs, and re-archive it, which is an unnecessary hassle. - End-Date Limits: There is no option to select a specific end-date for a subscription, which skews the accuracy of the billing history. - Custom Payment Dates: You cannot manually select or adjust the specific date a bill was actually paid. - Invoice Date Bug: If you edit the date of the first invoice, the app duplicates the monthly bills instead of overwriting them. You end up with two bills per month and no way to delete the incorrect ones, forcing you to delete the entire subscription and start over. This app is great but still has potential!
Utile mais buguer
Je l’utilise depuis plusieurs mois et c’est un superbe outil, mais depuis peu mes abonnements / dépenses disparaissent sans aucunes raisons. J’ai beau les ajouter de nouveau, ils disparaissent….
A quoi correspondent les totaux ?
Bonjour, Lorsque je fait dépenses restantes + dépenses totales je ne retrouve pas le montant dépenses moyennes. A quoi correspondent les différents totaux affichés en haut de l’écran ? J’avoue que j’ai du mal à comprendre et sauf erreur de ma part il n’y a pas d’explication dans l’application.
A great app that is well designed, flexible yet simple to use
I have delved deep for an easy but well designed app to handle all my outgoings. Subtrack is by far the only one that fulfils all my needs. It’s well crafted, intelligently designed with no unnecessary gimmicks that would just serve to confuse. The UI is great with excellent flexibility for the user to customise to their liking. And most importantly it works like a well oiled machine. Well done Mohit.
Abo abo abo… + encore abo Subtrack ?!
Les gens veulent bien gérer leurs abonnements avec un logiciel, mais pas à prix d’or ! Car le but de ce logiciel c’est de pouvoir y voir clair afin de diminuer les frais et pas d’en rajouter encore. Ou alors à un tout petit prix. Message à Subtrack: misez plutôt sur la quantité mondiale plutôt que de presser le citron.
Dommage
3 ans d’utilisation… application Très intéressante, le seul inconvénient pour moi est sa taille. Il y’a une alternative qui propose quasiment les mêmes options et unpeu plus, mais de taille 10 fois moins lourde! Malheureusement je cherche en priorité les apps légères!
Back up feature not working
I just factory reset my phone thinking this would be backed up as all other apps did. After starting the phone the list came up but it was just necessary to close and reopen again the app and everything disappeared. Quite disappointed 😢
There is more work to be done.
I would love to see the entries be able to be exported like a proper spreadsheet and I would gladly award you four+ stars , buT THERE IS MORE WORK TO BE DONE. LIKE PRINTING. SUBS AND EVERYTHING ELSE . Still no upgrade and no response to your reviewer which makes me wish I had not wasted my money .
Really useful app!
Been using the app for quite a while and find it works really well. I only use for subscriptions I’ve made using my Apple devices, but everything works as it should. I emailed the Developer to point out the blank icon problem with the latest update but needn’t have bothered as he was obviously on top of it already. First class sub tracking app.
Stopped working since i have paid for the premium
The app just stopped working, and kept crashing and never opened on both mac and iphone, this happened when i paid for the premium version, the developer promised he’s working to solve the issue but this was at least 8 months ago - the app still doesn’t work

Deleted all my data and no sync back from iCloud
I installed the app, created my subscriptions and synced with iCloud. Then I fixed the iCloud sync, it deleted my subscriptions but it didn’t sync back my backups on iCloud. I deleted the app, reinstalled it but no sync back from iCloud

Brilliant app
Perfect app for tracking subscriptions but also things like car and home insurance. Really customisable so really useful. Being able to add custom logos is a nice touch. Makes the whole thing look pro (which you have to buy by the way if you want to add more than 3 entries but only a £4.99 one off payment so well worth it I.M.O).

Having paid for for premium, its now stopped working, wish I hadnt bothered
Good but keeps crashing
I really love this app. It is so well thought out and constructed. BUT, it has a horrible tendance to keep crashing whenever I'm entering or editing data. This happens Macbook with Monterey and Venture, iPad Pro - all with latest software and patches. Please correct these instablity problems. UPDATE: develper has updated the app and fixex the bug.

Downloaded this app as to keep track of my subscriptions month to month, easy to setup and to add to plus even make a custom icon for a sub if it ain’t available.

I really like this app
A lovely app works as it should, and trust me I searched for a lot of options ended up using this app. It would a five star if the following suggestion is implemented: - To be able to manually mark subscription as paid and turn of the autopay default option. - A page or report to show the following in the same report: - list of paid subscription this month with total paid. - list of the remaining subscription to be paid with the amount remaining. There is a small bug when duplicate a subscription and modify the new one, it does not save the changes directly, I needed to update it 2-3 times.
Excellent to keep up with all those subscriptions
Easy to enter detailed information so that you always know how much you pare spending per week, month or year, with reminders to cancel if needed. Love this app - very useful and well designed.

Je trouve cette application très pratique pour des rappels d’échéances régulières mais aussi pour celles occasionnelles 1 ou 2 fois par an ou autres ! Facile d’utilisation et personnalisation au top.

Requested features
When you have a lot of subscriptions, it could be interesting to have a filter between personnel and professional subscriptions. What is the interest of having notifications for subs coming in 6th months when they are monthly subs?

Very helpful app
With the growing number of apps offering subscriptions, this focused and nicely designed app has been helpful to keep track on my subscription spending. It’s provides all the useful data needed (monthly/yearly spend, notifications when renewals are approaching, etc) in a simple interface. One feature I’d appreciate in a future build is being able to add my own icons directly (not via weblink). I’ve got sets of icons I’d love to use with this app. But, overall, this app has become part of my “core apps” suite and it’s very reasonably priced for the Pro version too.

Useful, looking forward to tweaks
A very useful app, not least to track the expiration of free trials! I would lokle to see improvements to the home/summary screen. I would like to see the frequency of each subscription here (there is plenty of room) alongside the date of next payment, without having to open each item to inspect the frerquency. I would also like the option to sort by category/tag. I'd also like to know how the colours are determined, there seems to me no rhyme nor reeason to it. Perhaps allow the user to choose them. Also, if you gave the option of adding a URL or a twitter handle, it might make it easier for you to add icons...this is how Monzo does it, for example. Great app!
