Tries to access unrelated websites
I do not find acceptable for this app to track other unrelated websites, I have the proof that it attempted to do so and safari warned me. I seen it with AliExpress.
not worth it, GH token implementation broken
Don’t waste your time. You’ll never get GitHub tokens to work, even with a personal account. Somehow, trying to use this with a GitHub Enterprise account use is even more frustrating. I do appreciate the effort, and found it useful in 2022. Not so much in 2025.
Useful but annoying Bug
Constantly prompts me to allow or disallow access on all sites I visit on safari. No way to turn it off without shutting the whole extension.
Life/Time saver
I've had the app download for at least a year and a half and I finally recently started to seriously put it to use. Now I have no idea how I dealt without it. I'm even able to get back my original Apple ID account, which Apple has repeatedly told me for years that it's impossible to get back. Thank you so much to the developer of this app and the Github community. You guys rock!!!

I just started using the app and I don’t really have that much experience with any kind of coding or any software period so I’m pretty sure this is gonna handle everything I need for now. I’ll leave another review after I use it a little more and get used to it.

Doesn’t run on my iPhone or iPad
I tried this app, but never got past the setup. The app says got to settings and turn on the extension. I followed those instructions and the app still says go to setup and turn on the extension.
A problem repeated occurred on GitHub
Newest version When I disabled it everything is fixed

Incredibly helpful features
I'm very, very new to coding, and I’m still learning how to use GitHub, but this extension is great. There are tons of features that make it so much easier to use GitHub on iOS. The GitHub app is pretty limited in my opinion, so I just use the website, but even then there are too many features unavailable based off your screen size. My favorite feature is the ability to use css to style the site. This feature alone makes this the coolest safari extension in the App Store. Highly recommend for an overall customized experience.

Indispensable
This is an extremely useful extension. It blends so seamlessly into Github that when you use a browser without it, it's sometimes surprising to see things that are now missing. Lots of useful features, and quite stable. Over years of using it I've never had it break the normal Github experience.
