软件经常不能正常打开使用
建议收费之前把产品做好维护行吗？连续一个多星期打不开，充钱充了个寂寞。。。。。

点开法律，有时候有目录，有时候没有目录，法律更新有些慢，建议手机和电脑端同步，方便用户便于寻找。
电脑版体验改进空间很大
优点是法条比较全，也能方便地索引。但在电脑上用来专业办公的时候缺点非常多： 1. 不能开多个标签页。一次只能看一篇法条，如果我需要多篇对照着看就不行，法律检索的时候还是太麻烦了 2. 检索的时候排序有问题。搜民法典的时候总是先列生态环境法典，往下划一阵才有民法典 3. 复制的时候非常麻烦，直接复制、复制其中一部分表述、同时复制多个法条都很麻烦，必须在专门的对话框里面一条一条复制。
