- Some ads are inappropriate for church
NKJV BIBLE APP
The app is very great you should have it. God is good.
Inappropriate ads
Bible has a lot of pop-up ads. I find it very annoying while you’re trying to read, and you keep having to look at short ads. Worst part is there’s a bunch of ads that just linger and change while you’re trying to read the Bible. And some are very explicit. Women in lingerie and very tight and revealing clothing. Very inappropriate for a Bible app. I just removed the app as well.
Revisiting previous Verse of the day
Thank you for this App, it helps me to reflect on the word of God anyway I go. I was wondering, you used to be able to go back to the Verse of the day from previous days, this feature is no longer available. Please could this feature be reinstated? Sometimes the verse for the day may relate to the previous days verse and you want to revisit and compare while you study.
Ok
Suits auto correct ok
The ads
Please the ads are too much and the sexy video ads are not helping at all as a bible app Please the sexy video ads should be restricted because is not good
Ads
I paid to have ads removed for a year and yet they still appear. Now it’s asking for money. Not good at all.
Disappointed
I was thinking this app would be perfect, but then in the middle of service I start getting loud advertising. Bad timing. You know if I like the app I will donate but don’t try to get money from me while I’m sitting quietly in church!
🙁
The app is pretty cool but the issue I have with it is when you tap on a Bible verse , the Bible verse is shown alright but the chapter and the verse number shown is wrong. Please fix this issue. I don’t want people think I’m lying to them when I post these verses on my status.
TO MUCH ADDS
This app is very good to look at and is very good for reading the Bible, but it has too many adds. Every couple of seconds an add pops up which usually interrupts you when you read.
Bible app rotation issue bug
Iuse to be able to rotate the scripture …now it won’t even budge.that is very disappointing. The scripture is easy to read .
Best
Really good to use
CASH GRAB
this whole bible is made with ai, it’s clear that whoever made this app doesn’t care and just shoves ads in your face very ten seconds if you have this app installed, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UNINSTALL IT!! PLEASE!!
App
Can you add a feature to where the app work still even when the phone is in sleep mode far as the audio usage goes if it’s possible
Audio
You can’t listen to but a few verses before it’s interrupted with an ad. I’ve delete the app.
bring back the other audio reading
bring back the other audio reading it was better to listen to
Bible
I love reading GOD’s word, it strengthens me and gives me great joy.
Verses are broken up into chunks
Verses are broken up into blocks containing a verse. Doesn’t flow that way. And the home page is violating the 2nd commandment. No way to change these things. Not sure how long I’ll be able to stand this…
Quiz
I can’t access the play now option
Lost
Had a one year reading plan and was reading Psalms. Next day the whole app,had changed. Appearance,, lost my reading plans my bookmarks highlights and notes. Very disappointing
.
I love this app. There would be more stars but since you've updated the app and changed it completely i've lost all my reading progress and no longer know where I'm at. I feel very discouraged by this :/
do
amazing
Paid for and free
Paid to have no ads, change phones in now I am being bombarded with ads when using app. Nobody will respond to my complaint through their technical support. extremely frustrated with this app
Still Good.
It’s still Good to use, but I kinda get mixed up on Say You use Psalms 2:2. Then it shows Psalms 12:12, THAT’S where I get confused.
Audio
I like the old app with the mp3. It was more realistic. The new in only the text to speech is to much like a robot. Not happy with this update.
Bible Quiz
Doesn’t work
Bible on the go
This Bible is easy to read and goes with me everywhere I go.I can read it in the car (as a passenger) or in the doctor’s office. I read the Bible through every year so having it on my phone makes it easier.
Audio stop working
I love reading along with the audio. That was the main reason I downloaded this Bible but today when I was ready to read the Bible with the audio it stopped working. I love this Bible so please fix the audio.
Adesola Ayo-Aderele’s rating of this app
I would’ve rated this app five-star but for the pop-up images of alleged Jesus at every activity such as bookmarking, for instance. It’s an avoidable distraction. Plus, it scares me — probably because I hate images. Overall, it’s a splendid app, with amazing features that aid in great study of the Bible. Thanks so much for the generosity of making it available for free.
I don’t understand
I seems a bit confusing. How can I read along with audio on this Bible app? I don’t need fancy pictures but this is one of my criteria for Bible apps.
No
After I read something it wouldn’t let me on the daily verse
Comforting,
I love this app, I can take it with me everywhere, I can read it in m bed with the lights off. Just being close to God’s word is so comforting. Down load it you won’t regret it.
too many ads
to many ads
Change Text color to black
How can you make the 66 book of the Bible to have a white background and the color of the text is also white?? Please change this! It’s affecting my eyes! Apart from this, I love the app!
NKJV
This bible is hard to maneuver. Ads pop up. Very disappointing.
Great app but..
Tooo many ads. I don’t mind an occasional ad but I’m always spammed with them after I finish reading one chapter! I really like the audio quality though. Overall a good app but can go for less ads and a UI update.
Thanks
This app makes understanding the Bible so much easier.
Ad free but still get ads
The ad free version keeps posting ads. You have to refresh the app every time you open it. It’s not ad free!
About the library and other tools on the app.
I rate you this cos of too much ad I can’t access all my note that save ,apart from bible verses we can’t access any other things on the app ,why do you keep them there when you don’t make it useful.
Needs improvement
This app does not allow to add my group of friends in one day reading plan. Also, the audio goes in KJV not NKJV which is strange. The app does not let us to get to particular verse if a chapter, just book and chapter numbers. You can’t chose the font size but the style only.
The image doesn’t represent Jesus himself
Everyone should vote to take out the image on the background that says is Jesus
What happened
I can’t read because the page was upside down
Ok
I like the way the app is set up but lots of times it freezes and I have to close it frequently and open it again. I paid to have the ads removed because it was a reasonable amount and beyond its glitches I really like the app. Apple had to refund my money though because even after confirming the payment went through and starting from scratch the ads were never removed. Hopefully, they get it situated as it has great potential.
Really good luck on
Very much
Too many ads
I can’t even to begin to enjoy reading the Bible without multiple ads. My time in the Bible is important. My concentration should be on the Lord and not on ads and how to stop them.
Audio Quality
I downloaded this app because I am doing memorization and wanted to hear the Bible in NKJV. I am very disappointed with the audio audio quality, however. The voices are very hard to follow and have no inflection whatsoever. They also have other language options, but upon further inspection, they are just accents of certain countries and demographics. I’ll have to look elsewhere for better quality sound.
