Money Saving Machine!
Anytime I want an expensive item I setup price alerts on Keepa - it has literally saved me hundreds of dollars just in the last week (on 2 items). LOVE THIS!!
Your latest update broke it
I’m on an iPhone 15 plus, with the latest iOS. I tried to update, but it wouldn’t update. So, I deleted the app thinking a fresh copy might update, it won’t download at all now. Can’t recommend.

My first go-to!
The Keepa App is seemingly accurate and very helpful during sourcing. The website is a little less “user friendly” to navigate, at let for me… Anyway, overall a great tool and the monthly fee is basically just $10/mo which is great!
WARNING- Do not update the app
They are now limiting you to 200 tracked items. If you want more, you have to pay. Of course, they made no mention of this change in the update notes for the latest version of the app. I’m switching to Camelcamelcamel. It’s just as well, because Keepa has become unreliable. Last year around Thanksgiving, I discovered that multiple tracked items were on sale, which Keepa never notified me about. Who knows how many other price drops I’ve missed out on.

注文確定が出来ない
iPhone 17proを使用しており、商品をカートに入れることは出来るが、カート内の確認画面で、注文の確定ボタンが無い。 その為、一旦リンクからAmazonアプリを起動して、決済をする必要がある。 以前から、カート内ページの一番下に、注文確定ボタンがあったが、ページの戻る/進むボタン帯と重なり、隠れていて、かろうじてはみ出した確定ボタンを押していた。 今はそのボタンすら無いのだ。 使いにくいので、直して欲しい。 ちなみにAndroidでは注文確定ボタンもあるし、変に隠れていたりしない。Androidを使えってメッセージだったりするのか？
Not an extension
It integrates seamlessly with other browsers, but there is still no Safari extension on mobile.

Works well for price tracking. I have saved a lot of money using this app for Amazon purchases.
Waayyy too much of information
Why do people use Price Trackers? To know if the price they see is a good price. I opened the app to find an overwhelming amount of information. I would expect a plain google-like search bar. instructions :“paste link”

Es un poco difícil meter un producto a seguimiento no es lógica la página y cuando el producto está de oferta deberían usar un método más comunicativo por ejemplo una alarma sonora ya que solo un mensaje a veces lo ves cuando ya pasó la oferta !!
Barely functional
This app came highly recommended, but it’s barely functional. I get the spinning wheel of death with every search, the network connection failed when trying to set up an account, and the UI is rough. (No visible button to go back from the login screen.)

Forgot to cancel but they still took my money despite not costing them anything.
I was charged for 5 months ($49.99). Haven’t used a single token as part of their API plan. I reached out to see if a refund could be issued and they said no. Not friendly and not understanding.

Is it too hard to understand…..
Why can’t the tracking button. Be on the same page tab as the product, that is easily found in the top right hand corner next to the title, for instance? Why hide tracking on another tab option that isn’t easily seen at the bottom of the page with overly convoluted price options? Great tracking service, poor UI and over complicated. K.I.S.S
Safari Extension for iPad/iPhone?
Love the app. Truly helps with purchase timing and decision making. Shopping smarter has never been easier. Perhaps it could be even easier if there was a dedicated Safari extension for iPad/iPhone. Are there any plans for this?

Really helped with the perfect gift
I am so grateful for this app. I was sporadically checking prices on a bigger ticket item for Christmas. I thought I got the lowest it would go and forgot I still had this alert going. I woke up to an alert it dropped to an all time low and immediately grabbed it again. Hours later it was back to beyond full price. So pleased this app really works.
Support and other options
A dotted line called “Desired Price” has appeared on my charts. I do not want to see this line in my app, and there are no visible options to disable or remove it. This feature is useless — it doesn’t reflect real prices or provide any analytical value. I already sent you a message about this issue three or four days ago, but no one has replied. It’s also very difficult to find a direct way to contact support — there are no clear links or instructions for communication. Please explain how to remove the “Desired Price” line and make your support contact information more accessible.
Opening in browser instead of app
I love keepa and I'm paying the subscription, but I don't like that some items that I'm tracking will open a browser window instead of going to the Amazon app like the rest of them. I've missed out on great deals because of this.

Not user friendly
The plugin on the desktop web browser is way better. Navigation is not intuitive nor user friendly. Trying to search for what you’ve found in the Amazon app is challenging at best.
Desktop web is a better experience
I’m giving them five stars because I think their service is fantastic and really useful for Amazon shopping mainly but generally the mobile experience and the UI gives much to be desired. still I think they’re the best out there.
Didn’t work
Idk maybe I did something wrong but only tracking Amazon.com, none of the 9 items being tracked were updated in the last day. Kinda defeats the purpose

Keepa’s price tracker is truly a fantastic free service. Has proven to be very accurate, and the deal notifications have saved me hundreds compared to buying the products at full price. The app works great, and the built-in Amazon browser is seamless!
Fraud company
If I can give it negative stars, I would. I had been getting charged for the monthly subscription, and emailed them about cancelling it cause I wasn’t aware on how to do so, and when I emailed, I had not gotten an answer in weeks, and got charged again for that month. When I made a new email thread, they had finally answered me and said they weren’t able to process the refund cause one of goes through, they can’t give the money back. I told them it’s not my fault I got charged and showed them screenshots of me emailing them asking how to cancel, and they are claiming that they never received that email. After me getting back with them at least 3 more times, they just IGNORE MY EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER ME ANYMORE. THIS APP IS FRAUD AND IM LETTING YOU KNOW ASAP BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU!!!

Keepa doesn’t show up
When from Amazon app the link is shared to view the price, Keepa doesn’t shows up, I remember earlier it used to show up and from there you can track the price, but now it doesn’t, btw the desktop extension is perfect, thank you for that.

Amazing app!!
I love this app! I am willing to be a patient shopper so I love that I can use this to track prices and see if I’m getting the best price. If I’m not then I can set price alerts and wait for it to go down to what I’m willing to pay. It’s an awesome app!!

Great service poor user experience
I love Keepa’s service, it helps me save a chunk of money. However the mobile app is a hot mess. It’s not buggy, it’s just incredibly poorly designed resulting a very poor user experience. They would do well to hire someone to help them fix that, because the idea is sound and works, it’s just let down on execution. I appreciate it’s free, but it could be so much better.

App is nice but looks like improvements needed. On selecting Amazon Tab goes to brows on Amazon but there is no option to return to main screen.

Horrible customer service and policies
Horrible customer service and zero cooperation from them on their end if there is any problem. System didn’t process original cancellation, so they charged the full yearly subscription and refused to give any refund based on policy regardless of it not being used at all and being an error on their end.

Very good app for tracking prices. The only annoying thing is the notifications can take a day or two to update, this means you can miss some offers.
Does exit from graph view
Once you click to see the historical graph there’s no option to go back, swipe doesn’t work
Overly complicated
I thought this would be a great tool but it’s so difficult to set up an item for price tracking that after many attempts, I’ve given up. Shame. Good idea poorly executed.
