Apple ID
Can you please bring back the Apple ID login ? 🙄
Slow app
The application is so slow to open , when I click on any item it takes 30 seconds and more to see it or to double the quantity . It is from your side because other KNOWN applications are so much faster.

Good app
Spinneys app is very friendly and it is above our expectations Thank u
The website is better
I’ve been ordering online since 2020 and I’ve always preferred the website to the app. In the app, you can’t sort products. The option is there, but it has never worked. The experience is quite slow (even though I have a fast internet connection). Comparing and selecting products is faster on the website because you can open things in tabs, which you cannot do on the app. Mostly I use the app when the website checkout process breaks (this is not frequent, but occasionally after 2 hours shopping you find an error message when you try to check out). On the app, the checkout is always smooth. It’s a good thing that the app and website stay in sync: whatever you add to the cart, as long as you’re logged in, will appear on the other platform. The biggest downside of the website is that they have removed “Sign in with Apple” so if you’re ever logged out, you’ll have no way to use it again and you’ll be stuck with the app.
Great app
Nice app, user friendly. Best service Spinneys lebanon
App needs update or a fix.
The app has a bug. I’ve been trying to log into my account so i can order items online, it never logs in. Please fix
A week to get my order delivered?
The app overall is well organized easy to use for all ages. But spinneys is falsely advertising “same day delivery” so i downloaded the app went through all the trouble of looking up the products i need then I get to choose my delivery slot time, i ordered on Jan 23 but my order won’t be here until Feb 1 🤦🏻♀️ you can imagine my disappointment you need a maximum of 24 or 48 hour delivery time otherwise people won’t book their orders a week before that’s not logic 🤦🏻♀️
Excellent service & Application
Very Helpful Application specially during the lockdown, and Spinneys has a great & quick delivery service
Bad app
In addition to the app being full of bugs, the customer support not being functional, I actually tried paying online, and after withdrawing the full amount from my account, half the items were missing. The only way to speak to someone is via their call center which is the old fashioned redirection from one operator to another. Not using this app again with so many better, faster, more efficient options on the market
About this Application
simple , not complicated application , shopping cant get more easier , thank you
App

!!
User friendly and very useful app! Love it
Delivery locations
It’s been almost over a year and this app is saying, online delivery currently not available in your location. Only greater Beirut & Mount Lebanon. We have 2 Spinneys branches each is 5 min away and we are in Mount Lebanon, when you think delivery will be available at our location?
