This company stands by their work and will deliver your food with the best customer service. You will be updated on all progress and communication is great! Give them a try you will not regret it!
Food takes hours
This shouldn’t even get a one star. The bike boys who ride around town are better than these people, they rarely deliver on time. Them mess with the wrong person, pure cancel orders imma do cause this don’t make no sense

Ever since the update I realize the drivers are taking over 3 hours to deliver goods. The waiting time is too long
No Driver
Recurring problems of having no driver … sometimes you have to cross your finger that your order doesn’t get cancelled.. it’s a great app to have but I believe they need to do more recruitment or pay these drivers better.

Information isn’t Updated
Price is different and then after order you get an updated price. Also delivery fee is showing a specific amount then upon checkout it’s a different price. Like the information aren’t up to date so that’s frustrating.
Fix these things and you could be the best
1. If anything goes wrong there is no way to contact anyone for more information seeing that nobody responds to the support chat.. 2. Orders have to be put in atleast 10 times for it to go through and that’s if it goes through 3. Be prepared to spend 1400 in service fees But it’s probably one of the only apps that works sometimes

The pricing for delivery is ridiculous and nowhere near competitive. Cornwall courts -1200, Meadows of Irwin - 2500. Y’all can shove it as after the review I’ve written, this app will be uninstalled
Best delivery Service Jamaica has ever seen
I have been using it since inception and trust me I have never had a problem. Always on time and the staff and management communicate really well to the point where they know my orders pretty well and where and how I’d like them to be delivered. Top class and top tier service.

Best service you could ask for
Being a small island Jamaica was definitely lagging behind in terms of a consistent delivery service. But that’s the thing with this app it’s more than a delivery service. Excellent app to have especially when your busy and need little bits and bobs sorted throughout the day. The delivery speed is great and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend.
Worthless Service Totally trash No customer service big disappointment
Based on my experience that happened today, I wish I could give them 0 star. I placed my order and they contacted me and said to me the place had no bbq chicken so I told them to get regular and spicy chicken, they have me waiting at my house thinking that the order would have been fulfilled because I was told the guys were at the restaurant. Here I am waiting for my order only to receive a message that my order was cancelled and could not be fulfilled. This is the worst experience, no customer service. I think they need to close this business it’s totally useless.
