What people like
- No annoying pop-up ads.
- Easy to use and navigate.
- Great for tracking your collection.
What they complain about
- Missing common stones like black onyx.
- Freezing and crashing happens constantly.
- Collection limit is frustratingly small.
Love this app!!!
Honestly, I'd be lost without this app. As a crystal enthusiast, I cannot remember the benefits of each and every crystal. This app is precise and informative. Couldn't ask for more
Very very limited in functionality.
No black onyx. Honestly after that I messed around a little and tried to add my collection. Maybe an ID 10 T error on my part? If so, then disregard the rating. Couldn’t figure it out and deleted after I paid for it.
Great app
Lots of space for information. I just wish there was a way to upload multiple pictures of the same type of stone. For instance, I have multiple pieces of malachite. I’d love to put them all in the catalog.
Disappointed!!
After downloading the app and looking around to see offers, I was unable to close it!! Had to shut my phone down and restart to get the app to close. Also, some things are not available without paying, which I get, but I didn’t see where that was noted anywhere. It would have been nicer to know which items were free and which ones required upgrade.
Confused and frustrated
Why is there no titanium quartz? It’s extremely abundant. I just paid 7 dollars for this app and you said you can unlock more if you pay extra. How can you be missing this gem?
Good app, good info, minimal pressure to pay
Basically what the title says. It’s a useful app that works well. It doesn’t use infuriating pop up ads to pressure you into paying for the premium version like most apps do. It is easy to navigate, it has good info, and I like its simple aesthetic. It is not visually loud or overstimulating. Just a functional little app.
A few tweaks would make this perfect
I’m a little concerned that it hasn’t been updated in a year. Is it abandoned? Anyway, it’s a good app that does mostly what I need, but there’s a few changes that would really make it perfect. First and foremost, not a fan of how the in-app camera tanks the image quality. It makes images much darker, and details are lost. Also, multiple photos should be an option. Second, there needs to be more choices for colors, including “grey” and “transparent,” both very common stone colors. And instead of “rainbow” there should just be the ability to select multiple colors. Some UI tweaks are in order. For example, the “close” button shouldn’t be in the middle - that’s just not a thing. Another one is typing in names of stones and such when creating a collection - text should appear directly in the intended location, not in a separate box at the top of the keyboard. If I add a stone to my collection, it should automatically check it off as “got” in the A-Z list. There needs to be more sort options and search results should include stone attributes so a person can look up “love” or “prosperity” or whatever they’re seeking. Finally, there needs to be a way to export one’s entire collection - preferably including photos!! - as a spreadsheet.
Too many bugs
This used to be a decent app until now. My entire collection of hundreds of stones is now deleted. Also the app freezes CONSTANTLY. I’d rather pay for something reliable.
:)
I LOVE IT its just that it doesn’t say how to charge it and that would make ik perfect just bc
Best Crystal App
This is the best crystal app! Have tried a ton, and I didn’t find what I needed. This one has a quick reference guide to the geological and healing info that I have as seeking!
Good
Mostly free and easy to use tells you almost all you need to know about crystals and has crystals from A-Z almost all free
I don’t know anymore
Updated: I’ve just updated to the paid version of this app only so that I can create my collection of all crystals that I’ve acquired so far. To my disappointment, I was only able to add 10 crystals to the collection, which is only a very small part of the gemstones I own. Apparently, you can create groups of only 10 crystals each. My problem is, I could create “letter” tags, so I can organize my crystals in alphabetical order, but I have more than 10 crystals of some of the letters, so this isn’t going to work. I only need to add all my crystals and gemstones in alphabetical order to my collection in one single group. I’m asking too much for $7? I should’ve read the app description before I paid, but I didn’t even think that there could be a limitation to the number of crystals you can add. I don’t think I can get my money back. Oh, well! Original: I’ve recently gotten into crystals as my new hobby and was trying to find an app to gather some information on gemstones, so I ran into this app, which I’m using everyday, and came to realize it’s the best of all I’ve tried. It has all information I needed, plus some more…and it’s free! I’m not even asking the ability to identify crystals to be added, which may add a subscription to the app😁…..I’m just happy and grateful the way it is.
Can’t find my favorite crystals
Great app, I love it ! But I can’t find where I can see my favorite crystals...
Very useful
I can find any crystal and learn their metaphysical and normal properties. I can click the checkmark if I have it and a heart if I want it. I'm gonna go broke! It also has a very good sorting and filter guide I use all the time!
Pretty good app
Really good free app missing some crystals but still good. Although you have to pay for the world map 🤨kinda 😥sad🫤
Great App for. Newbie
This is the best app I’ve found so far to help me learn about crystals in a quick, easily accessible way.
Uhm
I’m sooo upset… I had this app on my old phone, and would use it from there. Decided to just download it on my new phone and it’s no longer allowed in the US. 😪😩 this was my favorite guide/reference/tracker I have yet to use.
Fantastic App!
I love this app for organizing and keeping track of my stone and crystal collection! So many great features and well worth the very reasonable price to upgrade so that I could add my own photos. Thanks for a well done app!
A four star rating….
I rated this app 4 star because to get a 5 star rating you’ve got to really go above and beyond to impress me. That doesn’t happen often. This app has good information . It’s set up to navigate really easily. The info is correct and helpful. It covers a decent amount of stones . Thank you guys!
Pocket Crystal for Pros
This ap is extremely helpful. I recommend it to every single friend I have to keep track of their crystals and their meanings.
Fun App
This is a great app for looking up crystals and going a bit deeper with them.
Awesome information
Lots of important information all in one place. Easy to use and the games are fun.
Très bien
Facile et Plaisant
Good
This app is good if you know what the crystal is, but if you don’t know what the crystal is, it can be kind of confusing because it doesn’t have a scanner that tells you what the crystal is so you’re gonna have to do your own research
The Citrine Circle
This amazing app has really taught me all about my absolute favourite crystals and how they were founded and how they originated. As well as that i also have purchased many crystals from their extraordinary shop online,i am currently waiting on an order right now!The reason i am giving it a 4/5stars is because i think they’ve could have added more games and maybe rote some better definitions of what the crystals produce. But it’s still a great app for many people.I have only discovered/being intrigued by crystals recently and already love them because of this app!And funny enough my favourite crystal is Citrine!I realised this reading an article online about how it’s “In a physical sense, citrine's healing properties include improving digestion and strengthening endurance. In ancient times, healers used these stones to purify the body of toxins, improve the circulation of blood and strengthen the immune system”.I personally don’t believe in the ‘magic’ or witchcraft in crystals the way they mentally treat you from illnesses like i would not depend on a cool rock to treat me from a life threatening situation, but i think they do produce ‘SOME’ calm atmosphere around you.You should definitely read about crystals and definitely get this app, after that when you know the key things about crystals you should really visit the online shop because the sell lots of high quality and NOT overpriced crystals like when other online shops overprice almost everything. And the citrine circle is a sort of small business so if will help the owners (Emma and Stu)i hope you enjoyed my review in this app. Thank you for reading ^^
My favorite app
I <3 crystals
I like it…
It’s a good simple app. No messing, no unnecessary Information. Would really like an option to be able add more crystals myself maybe.
