I have played all the mystery tale games and this one has to be one of my favorites. The puzzles are challenging enough without being frustrating and the story line is great!

Game Glitched!!!
I enjoy playing games from this developer!!! I’d like to say that up front…. But this game is somewhat glitchy…. It happened in the middle of the puzzle inside the police station. I couldn’t get any of the pieces to move and I couldn’t back out of it. I ended up deleting the game. Please fix this so I can go back in and finish this game! Thank you!!!!
Poorly coded
The story and game themselves are great, but the game will only let you use objects if you put them in EXACTLY the right place. It takes up to 20 attempts to use an object for it to actually work. I’ve almost deleted the game like 6 times. Ridiculously frustrating.
Still glitches
Nice game but still have problem with some of the games freezing up.

As always; great story line, full characters, intriguing puzzles and I personally really appreciate the attention to grammar - not played a bad one yet!

Ammonia problem
This is a good game but the ammonia swab doesn’t work on the sleeping guy. I have deleted the game and started again in the hope that it works next time. Very annoying.
Very Glitchy
The game shut down on me twice. I deleted the game, then downloaded it again; and it shut down, twice again. Very frustrating. I’ve deleted it for good the second time.
2nd Glitch update
After tapping all under objects and areas and sometimes in weird places to activate tasks and get objects and having to reopen game after it closes itself a few times, I was able to complete the game. Don’t can be done but it’s a little like pulling teeth, a slow grueling process… it would be a great game if not for those problems

The mini games are nearly impossible.
Huge glitch at the end!
I really like this game a lot, but I was so frustrated when I got all the way to the end and the final task glitched out and I was unable to get the bad guy! The final crystal would not turn correctly toward the guy and I tried several times. Please fix it? 😁

Cramer Glitch
I usually love all of the Domini Games. I’ve paid $6.99 to download all the chapters. I’ve downloaded the F2P but still spend money on gems or coins. I think the games are well put together and I like how there’s different puzzles and hidden object games. But THIS particular game is a nightmare. I downloaded the game and bought a special offer for $4.99 (55 coins plus the bonus chapter). Once I got to the scene where you have to wake Cramer up with the cotton ball soaked with ammonia, it doesn’t work. I thought maybe something went wrong so I deleted the app and then downloaded it again. Went all the way to the Cramer scene and it still didn’t work. So I came to write a review and I see other people mentioning a glitch in the game which makes it impossible to wake Cramer. There’s reviews from over 2 months ago complaining about the Glitch and responses from the developer saying they are aware of it and are fixing it. Yet it still isn’t fixed. RIDICULOUS! Then I tried to check on the bonus chapter (that I purchased with the special offer) and it’s saying I have to pay $2.99 to complete the bonus chapter. RIDICULOUS! If the glitch gets fixed and they rectify the situation with the bonus chapter that I paid for but can’t complete, then I am willing to change my star rating.
Can’t wake Cramer
Was really enjoying this game and like the previous comment I am unable to wake Cramer up! Though I have all the items to be able to do this. Frustrating errgghhh!!!

Another game with unresolved glitch. So painful and sad that they don’t care about their games to fix glitches that make it impossible to finish. Ammonia glitch like others have mentioned months ago. Don’t waist your time on this one

Was a good game until I was not able to use the ammonia. A month ago you said you fixed some glitches but apparently not this one. No use in playing the game if this is as far as anyone can get

Gameplay became hung early on. Restarted game with same result at same point in game. Requesting refund.
Good story
I think the story and gameplay are challenging, yet fun. But, I reached a brick wall: When I have to apply ammonia on the person that is knocked out, the game will not let me. All I see is his character on the couch with a white wall behind him.
Glitch
I was really enjoying this game until I came to the part where you have to detonate the dynamite in the mine the mini game that has to be played is not in line with the screen so when you click on something you’re actually clicking to the side therefore on the right hand side you actually need to click off the screen which you can’t do, one of the earlier mini games had the same problem but I used the gem to skip it, unfortunately it looks like the delete button pity really I was enjoying the game

I am that the stage where you have to give Cramer the ammonia but it won’t let me do it. Have restarted the game twice but still the same. Is there an update coming soon to stop this glitch?
Indicator issue
I have not reached the ammonia glitch yet, but I do notice that the indicator that is supposed to glow to tell you there are coins, or book pages, or artifacts, does not glow when they are present.
No game skips 👎🏽
For some unknown reason you have to buy coins in order to be able to skip the puzzles. No way. Every other game in the world comes with that for free.

Really enjoyed playing this, great artwork. Reminded me why I love Hidden Object games. Only complaint/suggestion is that some puzzles were ver simple, would like a bit more of a challenge or a difficulty level, and on one or two of the hidden objects screens, the object was out of sight behind the list. I’m playing the on the largest of the iPad Pro, so don’t know if it’s anything to do with that. Currently downloading a couple more to play.
Bugs!
I really wanted to enjoy, but I’m stuck at Chapter 3 and can’t use the item I’m supposed to use to wake up Mr. Cramer. Clicking on him shows him on a white background unlike walkthroughs I see online, and trying to use the soaked ball just exits the frame. Can’t progress, and I’m over it.

Just stuck now with the ammonia glitch, saw some other people mentioned it a few weeks back. Looking forward to the patch & being able to continue on with the game! Are any other titles in the mystery tales series going to be available as F2P? After this one I’ve done them all! :)

I love these games to help keep my mind sharp. I have multiple sclerosis and I need to stay strong mind and body. This game confused me when I couldn’t wake the man with the cotton ball... even the hint (that I hate using) told me to us it on the lamp ?!?! Umm, that’s not what I was expecting so I knew it wasn’t a glitch in the game. What a bummer! It’s a good game up to that point!

I really like these games! But in the third chapter- I think- there is a glitch I can’t get past. I know it’s a glitch because I looked up a walkthrough and what I’m doing (giving a cottonball of ammonia to the guy) is correct but isn’t working. There’s no skip or anything and it’s very frustrating not to mention I can’t get any further!

I’m at this stage where I have to give this guy ammonia but it won’t work. I’ve watched the walkthrough and it was supposed to work. Darn... I really enjoyed it so far and it’s a pity I couldn’t continue it. The guy just doesn’t want to wake up and keeps on snoring lol Please fix that

Hey, could you maybe remove this game until you fix the ammonia glitch? I discovered after playing to that point that other people have been having this problem for a while and I see a number of responses from you saying there will be an update soon, but no update. Whenever you get around to updating will be fine, I’d just rather have known before I started that I’d hit a problem midway and not be able to continue the game. Thanks.
