Very bad! Noone came to video chat
I paid before hand for the appointment and waited for 15 minutes, and noone came to the video chat. Moreover i contacted the support, and of course noona answered the support number. I hope at least they refund me the paid amount for non existint video help!!! I am very disappointed in this service and will delete the app as soon as i get my money back

Es meldet sich keiner :/
Eigentlich ist die App total intuitiv und Klasse. Ich habe allerdings einen Termin um 10:15 gebucht und jetzt haben wir bereits 11:42 und keiner meldet sich. Es steht dauernd „Einer unserer atierärzte wird gleich für dich da sein“ Ich flippe aus weil ich nicht weis ob ich jetzt nich warten soll oder doch mit meinem Hund zum Tierarzt fahren soll. Es ist zum verzweifeln. Es fehlt ein Button für eine Bitte zum Rückruf o.Ä. Ich lasse wertvolle Zeit verstreichen wo ich eventuell meinem Hund sauerkraut gegeben hätte etc?

Ich habe die Möglichkeit heute Abend online gefunden, da es meiner Hündin schlecht ging und sie Bauchschmerzen hatte.Ich bin begeistert, der Ablauf hat reibungslos funktioniert. Frau Doktor Tanidis war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hat sich alles in Ruhe angehört, mir jede Frage beantwortet. Somit musste ich meine Hündin nicht in die Klinik zum Notdienst fahren. (Wir bleiben ja auch lieber im Bett, wenn wir uns nicht so gut fühlen)Ich kann Pfotendoctor wirklich empfehlen und würde diese Möglichkeit jederzeit wieder nutzen, Wenn ich mir nicht sicher bin, was ich machen soll. After my dog started vomiting blood, I was extremely worried. I was able to get an immediate appointment and spoke to an amazing Doctor who spoke fluent English and took the time to answer all of my questions. I found the experience very reassuring and was amazed by the level of professionalism and care. Thank you for offering this service on a Sunday and at such short notice.
