Previous version was great. All the information fit on one screen. You could see everything you need. now you freaking enlarged everything so much that you can’t see anything without scrolling up and down. What a waste. I’d pay to remove the ads if you brought the previous interface back it was so much easier to see everything you didn’t have to scroll up and down
Used to be amazing!
This app was amazing when it was simple. The new update made this app absolutely atrocious and unusable practically with so many bugs. I paid to get rid of ads and it used to be a core part of my financial planning and now it’s absolute garbage. Please revert back to the old version or let us go back!
Needs refinement.
The chart itself looks compressed and funky on iOS. It needs to be changed in some way - almost looks like it was designed on a desktop design environment. Otherwise decent app! Congrats on getting so many downloads. All the best.
Good App
Easy to use and understand. It was helpful to me as i was saving for retirement, and the withdrawal mode is a good feature now that i am retired.
Used to be great
I can no longer use this new version. The fonts are too big and the data is cramped. And it is buggy now: when hitting the Back link to leave the graph or yearly views, it crashes the entire app and I have to input all of my data again. The old version was perfect and worked flawlessly. Why must developers change what doesn’t need to be changed at all to make a product that is worse than it was? I will never understand this.

I paid for this app already. Now it’s asking me to pay again to remove the ads.
Add commas
Nice quick application. Would be nice if they auto entered commas in the start ballance field to reduce number of zero errors. Also add the ability to make yearly withdrawals for retirement planning. Maybe make the data entry font larger? Recalculate button?
I really liked it until it got a bug?…
So I believe there is a bug with the calculator, if I choose a periodic addition amount of $0 it still allows me to change the frequency of those additions and the value changes depending if I select weekly, monthly or yearly… why is it changing the value if I add $0?
Scaling issues
Great app that saves time--i no longer am constantly googling "retirement calculator". However, it doesn't display correctly on my iphone mini. Some of the fields are cut off on my display, so I can't use them. I paid for the app because I thought it may have been due to ads pushing the graphics down, and that did help slightly, but I still can't access all of the fields.
Developer responds to issues
The recent update was asking me to pay to remove ads when I already paid for an ad-free experience. The most recent update fixed this issue.
Doesn’t work
App requires you to pay $1.99 to use the growth function. 😂. Go online and use a free one instead
Really good app
Needs to adjust the periodic annual withdrawal by the inflation adjustment.. if you make that change, would be a five star rating … very easy to use and a great tool for easy calculation.

Where is the enter button when putting in numbers. This app has been in a downward trend since recent updates
Great but with some math issues
The Withdrawal calculator with inflation adjustment of the withdrawals is a great feature but it doesn’t pass some basic validation of it’s results: For example, starting with a 1,000,000 balance, a 5% rate of return, and 3% inflation adjustment. It should be possible to withdraw inflation adjusted 20,000 each year (2% of each years balance) while still allowing the principal to grow with the inflation rate. However the calculator claims that the balance will reach 0 after 159 years. It will actually be a staggering 110 million dollars after 159 years.
Commas
Wouldyou add commas to the section we input the starting balance and periodic addition and withdrawals pretty please?
Last update broke the app
Honestly don’t know how this was ever released. Growth Mode Calculator no longer works. I put in values and results stay at $0.00 no matter what I enter. The Build Graph and Value By Year buttons stay greyed-out. Withdrawal Mode Calculator works fine, however. Restarting the app did not fix it.
Develop for all platforms!!!!!!
Love the new feature!!!! However I can’t find this app on android devices which I truly feel anyone who wants a fantastic tool can’t get it because it is only on 1 platform. Easily gets 5 plus stars when and if they expand! Bring this to all devices. At 55 I can comfortably retire but I want just a tad bit more $$$. Great to know my pension will supplement my investments!!!! I didn’t even include social security.
Ads now and already paid once
I’m annoyed that I paid for this and now it has ads and they want me to pay more to make the ads go away. Shady behavior. Now I’m not sure if I can trust the math to be right… also, forced popup for games after a few different calculations. I’m so annoyed.
Great calculator!
I use this calculator regularly. What would make it even better is the ability to insert/add it would be great to add funds at a given year or years forward such as social security payments and a one time inheritance windfall. Lastly, if there a few large purchases in life it would be helpful to be able to add those in at certain years or timeframes (ie a new car, house, other large purchase) vs just annual withdrawal.
Great tool to teach my grand children about investing
Used the calculator to show how small investments overtime compound to have great gains.

It literally looked like a 12 year old program the app as a school assignment. I downloaded it twice just to make sure I got the right app

Super seamless and intuitive UI. This app is free, yet the amount of complicated calculation I’m able to on a dime is priceless. Just how it’s able to help me with my portfolio, I think this app should be in anyone’s application portfolio!

Very Good but buggy
The App is really helpful, but: My version has a bug in the withdrawal mode. With the frequency „yearly“ one gets a wrong number obviously.
Needs landscape
On the iPad, I use landscape mode always. Please add landscape option for the iPad version. Otherwise, the app is looks like what I want.
Review
The app works great for whole numbers. However, I would like to use numbers with decimals like 2.5%. It appears that the app only allows you to use either 2% or 3%.
Can’t Make Him Drink
I love this app. I try to show my adult kids how their savings can grow. It’s extraordinary. But all they think about is spending. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.
Good on Phone, not on iPad
The only thing which stops me giving this a 5 star rating is that on the iPad it only works in portrait mode. On the phone it is great. I really like the fact that I can not only do compound growth but also work out how long my fund will last when I model withdrawals. It would be great to choose the currency rather than having everything in $ but this is only cosmetic as the calculations are the same whatever the currency symbol is. My big complaint is that when I run the app on the iPad it forces portrait mode meaning I can’t use in landscape with the keyboard. If I could do this then it would be 5 stars. An option to buy the app to get rid of the ads would also be nice but for me not a big deal.

Infuriating
Ok until the pop advertisements keep coming on without any obvious way of getting rid of the darn things. Then you end up in your web browser looking at some totally unrelated advert. 👎🏽🤷
Currency can’t be changed
I know it really doesn’t matter. But I don’t know why it keeps showing HKD in front of each value? Is it because of my phone’s setting? How to change. It just bothers me.
