App is not user friendly, you can’t search the information you needed , It’s hard to understand whether your doctor’s visit has been confirmed or not. Chat always sends the same answer for any questions. So you have to work hardly on this app, guys.

Невозможно войти в приложение, пишет неверный пароль или имя, хотя пароль запомнил телефон автоматически. Почему для входа я должна опять вписывать и данные и показывать лицо, а не как обычно по данным через мэйл?
